These people have called me 40 times in a day i ask them to stop calling and so far they have called me from 30 different numbers!

I was getting calls from them all day today so this one called I answered. He said hello honey so I messed with him and acted like I wanted a loan. IHe wanted to verify my ss# I told him its 55gofu#k yourself. Hung up then he was a dumb a** and kept calling I answer kings county police dept he hung up. Then ithe attorney call came in and that one was funny he cussed me out he has been calling all day so I called him back like 30 plus times asking him do you like it do you like being harassed well us Americans fight back and I will call you all day too.

How come you got the loan while I got scammed.  They even knew how much I was taken by the other loan company.  These Indians are all scammers.  They even tried to intimidate me by using the California Attorney General's office as well as the US Attorney General's office saying I made false statements to get higher loans.  I reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as to the I3C. They used American names but they are surely Indian with their accents.

People do not respond to the calls or e-mails. They scam and phish off of loan sites and they will take everything you have.

Your concept on this is correct.. often these calls are followed with extortion scam calls..   Its all about how they can scam you for your money!

Advance fee loans are illegal period and further more, in some states payday loans are illegal also!

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams.
Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences.
The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other
legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S.
Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims,
including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers,
and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies,
but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the
calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any
details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with
legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass
victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

I've been keeping a log since 2010 of these #'s.
NEVER followed through with filling out any banking info on a website loan app. Thank goodness.
I never answer the phone when these jerks call . . thank God for caller ID. They'll stop for about 6 months and it all starts up again. They'll leave a random message on my voice mail.
What's really funny is that for  one week it's "you qualified for a loan with us, congratulations."  Then the very next week it's "you owe money on a payday loan, and we're coming to arrest you." REALLY???? It's all the same scammers trying to get you to send them $$'s.

I have also received calls from 206-452-3951, 386-524-0102, 631-731-1700, 626-467-3807....all of them whenever i answer the phone rings and someone answers and tells me I got a loan...I havent applied for any loans. I used to work for a loan company so I know better...A legitimate company does not give away money unsolicited. If it sounds too good to be true, it is..SCAMMERS!!

New concept, spam spammers. Post all numbers that have called you and have everyone you know on any and all social media sites call them and harass them. I got a call from 214-230-0114 then I got a call from 206-452-3566, the 3566 was rude as hell so I called the 0114 and told them I will call them every time the 3566 calls me. It got to the point 0114 called that other company and got them to stop calling me so I would stop calling them every time they called.

This person named Michael Brown has been really, a nice male telemarketing figure toward me; he has called me back and kept in contact with me concerning a $3,000.00 loan.  I have not received the loan yet Michael stated was going to happen but there was allot of running around and confusion, also it was the end of the day around 4:00 P.M., while possessing my loan as I think this every moment displays a problem through the world any way I search the idea as a whole, and I refuse to just guess because I would be the person intruding in the end.  I am truly convinced that the possibility I will be funded is there, this person is a genuinely nice person toward me and I am a daily Church attendee; moreover the fear of The Lord is my greatest fear.  No reason to fear anything worldly.  As I investigate this person I place allot of prayer and love into his direction because of all the comments about him, and some positive.  I will keep you updated with the outcome of my experience and may The God inside of Heaven bless you the reader with peace, also patients.

Since yesterday I receved over 40 calls from telemarketers trying to give me a loan that I applied for.....which is farther from the truth.  For those who leave a message they want my bank information......as if I would.  I called back this number 206-452-3951 who called numerous times in an hour to stop calling me.  He said he was with "Express Loans" which does not exist.  He asked me if I applied for a loan, I said no and to stop calling me.  He was rude and said that this is a private line and why did I call him is I didn't want a loan.  Then he hung up......ok I called him back and told him he called me numerous times and that he needed to stop calling me.  He started speaking in another language and then hung up.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION>>>>>They are all scammers.
