This number just left a voice mail.  It was an automated message telling me that it is urgent that I call back to take advantage of a super low interest rate on something or other.  I stopped listening after that.

Just got a call from this scammer claiming to be from "Windows" and saying my computer was reporting viruses. I let him talk a while and then told him that I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (true) and I knew he was lying. I threatened to report him and laughed, and he tried to threaten me back (???) and imitated my laughing. I hung up and immediately went to the FCC site to report a scam call.

Time to clear out my full blocked caller list and add this joker in.

Just got the call with the same male with heavy east Indian accent.  Claimed that my computer was sending "reports" to there company.  he named the company somthing like Wizard PC's.  I told him to take me off his call list.  he claimed he knew nothing about a call list and insisted that my PC was sending reports to there company and he was going to call the FBI if I did not stop.  I told him to call the FBI and he hung up.

I just got more calls from this number today.  First I got 2 calls about a scholarship and info about colleges. They insisted I would get a check for $5000 if I agreed to pay a $10 fee to release the check. I told them I don't have any credit cards or a checking account and they said they'd call back after a few minutes to help me find a way to get the $10 to them.  3 minutes later I get another call from someone with a similar accent telling me that I have a virus alert on my computer and they need access to help me fix it.  Same exact number came up on all 3 calls.  Are they really that stupid?

I think this really gives Indian and Pakistani people a bad rep.  I wonder if all of these people know what they're doing is illegal or if they are just poor employees that work for a tyrant who is scamming them as well.

I just got a call and they said it was something wrong with my PC and that they can show me the virus.  They wanted me to log on so they could run a script or soemthing. I asked if they new my info they had my name, city/state, and cell number.  I asked if they knew my IP address and she put her "Supervisor" on the line....He got on a said, "what's the problem."  I told him I was asking the same thing.  He then said..."you're a motherf**ker you know that?" and hung up.....idiot-holes!

After receiving theses phone calls from 206-456-0662, I also had in my live mail box 2 messages per day that should come from support tech etc, they are in my spam fild. If someone can help us from those treats it would be great!

For the 3 last days, phone rings 2 times, no one on the line (dead) and the number calling is 206-456-0662, what are we suppose to do if its hackers??? Are those calls dangerous for us to answer?

They told me they were from microsoft tech dept and needed to clean out my computer of junk files  that were  
dumped and  all the warning signs that I had received from them for last couple of months . When I told them to prove to me they were from microsoft  they  told me to go to my task manager  on my computer  and look at my id  number  and they will tell me  that number to prove that they are legitimate . They did  know my number but  then we started having  connection  problems on the  phone . they kept calling back . it was to  or three differentpeople since  I  did not  beleive they were  who  they said they  were.  It  happend  three days  ago. around 3:00PM. or shortly after. I am affraid  that they hacked  my computer and got  all my  info.

Got a call from this number, some Jamaican guy calling me "mon" (I'm obviously a woman) and telling me he was with Microsoft and wanted to sell me some kind of software program. Hugely obvious scam.

This person with an indian accent called and said they were from "The Computer Maintenance Department" and that I had malicious files on my home computer and to turn on my computer to give him access to my system.  He picked the wrong household as we're in the IT biz.  DO NOT GIVE ANYONE ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEM!!!!  This person is trying to gain access to your computer to steal information from you!   There is no way for them to know that there are any malicious files on your PC or MAC unless you grant them access.

Il faut le comprendre le pôvre, je lui avais fait perdre pas mal de temps, estimant que c'était un fraudeur... L'idiot, c'était lui finalement

Gentleman said he was calling regarding my computer. He had a very hard accent. I told him i had no problem with my computer and hung up.

They said is was callin from windows computer,  and said that someone try to ackward my computer and that he could help me over the phone to fix,  I reply, I don't know you why should I do that over the phone and they hangup.

We received 2 calls within 2 hours from someone with an India accent. He said he was from Microsoft problem with windows. It was the same person both times that called today.    He claimed to have tried to get in touch through the computer to tell my elderly mother of a virus on her computer. We have no computer to associate with our home phone he called. He wanted us to get online while he walked us through certain steps. We called a friend 50 miles away that lives in Ohio too Ginny enough he called her from the same number minutes after he called me the second time. I wonder of it has has any connection to our $ 20 a month Verizon phone router?

I got a call from a pakistanian named David Parker, and I was infuriated to that he would think I would believe a name ike that with an pakistanian accent yes these people are frauds and the number untraceable, and t-mobile too daft to do anything about it. i think they said the wanted me to join a terroeist group. then laughed.

I've been getting a call from this number for a couple of months at least! So I answered it today ready to rip them a new one, and the automated system says "You are the only person in this conference" and hung up.

Got a phone call. Said they were from Microsoft and they would remove some malware from my computer. I said that I'd call the Microsoft office during business hours. They gave me another number that I haven't looked up yet, 213 438 9923. SCAM.

they called as a government telling me that my phone number was drawn from s drawing and that they are going to send me 1-2 thousand  dollers in the mail in 3 to 5 weeks and tryed to 3-way call me with a school councilor  passing it off as they where puting me through to another line so i told that cousler about the money they hung up on her and started going off on me about how i wasnt suppost to mintion the money to her .......wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scamming people for ther life couse they ant got one worthless ingrates

they keep calling but dont talk I am getting so sick of them .....when I try to call back I just get a busy signal....this is really getting on my nerves

I got the same call and told him I was watching porn for the last three days.  He got all excited and said they know and that is why they called.  I toyed with the idiot for a few minutes and then told him that there is not computer or internet acess at the location he called.  He got upset and called me a liar.  I call him a few choice names and in a different voice said "transfering" and answered Constable Stiers R.C.M.P. how may I direct your call and that was the last we heard of the scammer>

Why isn't the FBI trying to get these people?

I just got a call from this # on my mom's old phone # that I had ported to a tracfone. I started to just say, I don't have  a computer and hang up, but I have had to have my laptop serviced by Dell and wasn't sure I never gave them this as a back up #.  I asked several times where this woman w/ the heavy middle east accent was calling from and she told me Technical support from Windows Operating System. I asked why she was calling and how she got the #. She said, I have a virus on my computer. I said how do you know that and where are you calling from again?? you do have a windows operating system don't you? yes, I do. If you follow these steps you can see for yourself that the virus is there.  you see on the keyboard on the far left on the bottom the Control key, next to it the Fn key, next to it the windows flag key. ok, yes, I see those, she said, hold down the flag key and the R at the same time. OK...that's when I was done, I told her I'm not going to mess up my computer because you tell me to, I have no idea what that will do to my computer (though after reading messages here I guess that's how they get remote access) and I said where are you calling from and give me your phone number....Then she hung up.

Got the same type of language! Disgusting!

This phone number calls non stop. I don't pick it up but finally googled it cuz it's so annoying. Anyway we can make it stop????

This number called today, 2/27/13 another time.  Problems with this ??company?? calling our home.  Seems they are looking for a period of time when no one responds.

Got a call from this number today...Said he was Michael's Computer Repair and my computer was sending them an urgent error message. Thick Indian accent, could hardly understand him. He kept asking if he could remote access my computer to fix the problem.... I asked a question and he was very sarcastic so  I hung up immediantly.
Where can you report these type of scam artists???

spoke to someone that wanted to know what type of computer I use and how often I am on my computer. Also, curious to know if I am planning to buy another computer and if so what type. An last if I knew that the apple stock is going down and if I was planning on buying apple or a micro soft computer. "Strange questions from a stranger." Who never said who he was working for and why the call. I told him I had no computer and that he was wasting his time. He hung up.
