I got a similar message from the same exact account@customer-chase.com. I also don't bank with chase. Hope someone catches the scammer. I did not reply either. Pass it on.

Got a text message saying "DebitCard temporarily unavailable and to call this number. Sender text ID was account@customer-chase.com
I don't Bank with Chase and knew right away it was a SCAM!!!!
I won't respond to this message or call this number. I just wanted to pass this on.
