They're deceptive Frauds working for an outfit that doesn't want you to realize who's behind their phone warfare games. Be it known that if / since you're receiving these fraud calls from numbers like 206-496-0411.

It's because you're being targeted by some dis-service outfit that you've rejected. Thus their focus and attempts now are to deceptively attempt to defraud, harass, annoy and pester you. We're tracking the vast majority of these fraud calls to the orchestration / vast pattern and ideology of Time Warner Cable dis-services.

NOTE: This 206-496-0411 number being used. Is merely a differing number from their relatively new spawned number of 206-639-3532 that differs from the many others that's been / being used by them. Solely for the purpose of attempting to track, defraud, harass and annoy you.

Due to it's extended use and reporting. The numbers used develop a recorded history that becomes widely noted and shared among the populous for detection reference,.. and people start blocking, ignoring and immediately hanging up on the attempts made from that number.

Case and point their new use of 206-639-3532 has already generated 9 extensive pages of reference confirming it's Fraud Call identification history in less than 48 hours.

Where in response to their call[s] either block or immediately hang up on their foolish fraud call attempts to your phone and document the numbers they used at your convenience and or leisure.

Looks like the scumbags took Labor Day off, and now they're back at it, I got two calls today (Tuesday 2102-09-04), one the same as last Friday, and another that I have seen the caller ID name (FINANCIAL CTR) on three other numbers before, 503-457-1792, 206-496-0931 and 360-474-3986:

This number calls me several days during the week on my work phone and somehow got my cell phone number!!??! I have asked them to remove me from the call list, but i am still receiving calls all the damn time. MAKE THEM STOP!

Does not have the courage to talk to you nor "to delete you number from call list press 9" work (just get a hang up dial tone). It leaves a number to call for a health insurance representative if you press the other number. Also leaves messages in you message machine. What good is a "do not call list" if telemarkets do not get prosecuted for breaker the rules? Do not answer and keep reporting this # until they quit!.

My business line rang (home office) one quick ring then quit.  No time to answer it.  A few seconds later my cell phone rang from this same number.  Dental insurance solicitor.

Got a call from this number.  They call under different business names.  Don't know what state the calls originate.  I don't answer and they do not leave a message.

This is the 57th call I've gotten from this number (and 40 odd other numbers all linking back to the same "company". Sometimes is it just no one on the line, sometimes a sales pitch from various "companies" from roofers to alarm installers to health insurance providers, free cruise line tickets... I called the FCC and they are investigating this BIG TIME. It a 100% scam and it's not Pacific Telecom (which is a real utility company based on the West Coast), but a phone number hijacker. PacTel is furious and seriously trying to figure out who's causing the company serious problems.

DO NOT give the callers, if you actually get a "sales rep" rather than a no one on the line thing ANY information, name, address, esp any personal details for any reason. Apparently they are targeting people to obtain SS#s, addresses, and other info. DO NOT call them back because it just adds your number back into the auto-dialer  database another time and makes things worse.

It does no good to talk to them or request to be put on the no call list according to the FCC rep I talked to. Even if you you are on the national do not call list, it doesn't matter - the auto-dialer calls every possible phone number. It calls literally millions of numbers per day on a random basis. If you answer or call back, then the program stores your number as valid.

Extremely nasty hack thing. Huge pain in the neck. BUT if you ignore it and don't answer, you will eventually be rotated off the active call list. That came from all of the following sources:

FCC

Called 3 times this week so far, no voicemail.  Tried to call back with no answer.  Probably a scam.

Trying to sell dental insurance (recording). Have asked to be removed several times.

On a Do Not Call List.  They called anyway.

This number called me again about their affordable dental insurance starting at just $15 a month. I called back & pressed 9 to be removed from the list. We'll see if it works. (If I stop posting here it means they aren't calling me from this number anymore).

They call me every day to my homephone....Stop calling!!!!
