This number calls me every day around 10:30.  When I answer, it hangs up.  If I don't answer, they keep calling back:

Received numerous calls from this number for the past month or so.  Last call was received on April 27, 2012 at 9:47 am. No messages were left. Comes up Pacifictel on caller id.  Annoying and harassing.  Going to notify authorities if I get one more call.

Call came in at 6:25 pm PST on 5-Dec-2011.  Didn't ans and no voice msg left.  This is not the first time receiving this robocall. We're on DNC list, but this doesn't phase these scammers, who are using spoofed numbers. Will place # on blocked list.

I keep getting the same call over and over, but from different number, asking that I press "1" to speak to someone to lower my credit cost. I always pay my credit cards in full monthly, so, never have any interest to pay. Whoever it is, is really, really stupid and should be sent to jail.

Received call on cell phone. I didn't answer. No voicemail. They had to got my number through State Farm or Progressive.

I got a call from here, did not answer. Looked it up online and got here. It seems this has been going on for a month. Someone should track them down in Seattle and put a stop to this!

They called and did not leave a message.  Called 206-496-0417 and a recording stating I had reached the "Do Not Call" Request line came on.  No identification of company's name.

I'm a teenager getting this call. One I don't have any credit cards or even "plastic" money in my wallet. Hell my phone number is even on the "do not call" list.

The number showed up on my cell and when I answered it - there was just phone noise, like you would get on a bad cell call.  I too have my cell on the DNC list but I guess it doesn't matter with this number.  I have to find out how to block it from my cell phone.

These creeps called my husband's cell phone---that he uses for business---and started out with that lowering credit card debt crap but when he asked "who" they were the male caller told my husband ugly, ugly, ugly things like "F...you and your wife and your kids and your dog" He was nasty.

We, too, have been on the do not call (DNC) list since its inception but these sleezy ones pay no attention to other people's rights.

Just got a miss call from 206-496-0417, my cell area code is 626.

I tried to answer a call from this number this morning, they hung up.  I think they're phishing for financial information and pass codes on my phone.

Got a call from this number this morning and no one responded when I picked up.

You need to make a complaint to the FCC besides the FTC! The DNC list takes effect 30 days after you sign up and works for land line numbers, Cell phone numbers are considered private and NO BUSINESS should be calling a cell phone number without the permission of the user since you are paying for usage, not the caller!

Card services calls about 3 to 4 times a week even though we are on the no call list.  I wish someone would put a stop to their calls.  They hang up when I try to talk to them about it.

Just missed a call from this number. Thought it was a friend's work number and google'd it to see where it came from. I was surprised to find that it's a span #... I'm on the Do Not Call list either... Annoying.
