I think Michael has a good idea on how to treat these pissers. Fact is, they use numerous spoofed numbers so the DNC registry won't be able to trace them. Why would a reputable business call and tell you this is that last time they're extending an offer to you after telling you the same thing 4 or 5 times prior to this call?
To save myself the aggravation, I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. I know, not everyone has this option but it's the only way I can stay sane due to the number of calls I get from these clowns.

I got a call from same number twice.  Each time call went to voice mail and party hung up.

Received numerous calls from this number for the past month or so.  Last call was received on April 27, 2012 at 9:47 am. No messages were left. Comes up Pacifictel on caller id.  Annoying and harassing.  Going to notify authorities if I get one more call.

When these calls come in, not a fan of Obama, I am against him as president and his work being used in normal commercials.  To these freaks I scream: WTF - had mid western accents and P*** or Indian when I do hear a voice complaining about me so although no one speaks first, when I scream, they scramble.

Has anyone thought of giving them a taste of their own medicine? Well I knew of this scam cause they called a few times trying to represent different companies. I googled their number just as the rest of you reading my post. I seen how many of you are upset at these calls, so just give them what they want, start sharing information with them; but not your information. I gave them numbers to the Attorney General and FBI office stating this is my cell phone number, I gave them an addresses to the Local Police Department and Federal Court house stating this is our business address. I gave them fax numbers to my local phone company. If you can't fight them then send the fight to somone who can.

Another ignorant idiot telemarketer for alleged credit. I am not an ObamaCare fan, but as my president, I loathe having his name abused by thieves, dialing for dollars..

I called the WA State AG and spoke to some flunkie who could barely speak English and was a waste of my time.

He said chance are the calls are being placed from Out of the Country and being connected to a computer in the 206 A/C. I asked if there was anything they could so and he said NO!

He then said I would need to call MY phone service carrier and see if THEY could stop this. I told the CLOWN this answer was so awful and pathetic that talking to him was a waste of my time and I hung up.

So far I guess I am lucky - NO calls from these "people" for over 3 weeks. I know I just jinxed myself and I will get more calls soon but so far the reprieve has been nice. I expect to be bothered by these "people" between now and the end of the year.

Got a call from them today.  Caller Id showed "Obama Home Help".  The recorded message claims someone at this number called them requesting information regarding Home loan modifications.  That's their fall back strategy, "You contacted us first".  

And yes, I'm on the Do Not call list as well.

Got a phone call from this number and let answering machine pick up and it was dead air for the whole message. Tried call back and nothing...absolutely no ringtone or anything!!!!

Got a message from this number about credit card debt help (I have no credit card debt), and I kept telling him to take me off the list. he was very rude said he'd give me another call tomorrow night.

Sick of getting phone calls from this number!

Used to be Seattle WA but blocked that one. Now it's just their number and I'm sure they have several. I agree with Bill from NY. My heart skipped a beat when they said this was my final notice. It sounded exactly like a debt collector harassing  for a payment. They go on to explain that you can consolidate your credit card debt as long as you have the minimum of $3,000 in debt. I think we should send in Seal Team 6 and I hope they reach for something. We are also on the National Do Not Call List.

Pushed "1" to talk to an agent.  When she answered, I asked her to remove me from their list.  She immediately hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number.  If I answer, it's just silence.  If it goes to the answering machine it's the "last chance to reduce credit card debt" type of call.  So annoying.  Have also gotten similar call from similar number 206-496-0421

I just got two consecutive dead-air calls from 216-496-0421, "Gov Loan Mod".  The number is suspiciously close to "Obama Home Help" who also love to call on a Sunday - I suspect it might be the same scam.

I get 4-6 a day same number, 2 other numbers call too.  Very annoying. They hang up as soon as I answer.  Have reported to FCC and Do not call.

They call 4-6 times per day and have been calling for months.  They hang right up when I pick up so unable to request they no longer call.  Just says Seattle along with various phone numbers.  Possibly political call, not sure.  Did report to FCC.  Am on Do Not Call list.

Multiple calls per day to the house phone with a recorded message selling credit card with lower interest rates.  I've pressed "3" to stop the calls, no luck.  They've got my cell number and call it too.  Both numbers have been on the Do Not Call List for a long while.

I got a phone call tonite at 6:22 p.m california time.  ??????? I must have the phone company to take my number of of this list.

Dumb, obvious scam.  Have heard both versions of how they will help me with credit card balance and to refinance my mortgage with the help of the 'Obama Program.'  Tell them you are running to get you card number and let them sit on line while you eat dinner.
