These damn criminals called me this afternoon, crap about lower interest rates. DNC lists are useless, but I still report.

I told them to remove me from their list and they hung up on my.

My first recomendation is, if you have caller ID, DO NOT answer calls from numbers you don't recognise.
It only leads to more calls when they sell your number.
You can screen most calls by punching in the number on Google.com.

My second recomendation, if you have an answering machine, download telezapper.wav and record it to your out going message. Then when it answers, it sounds like a disconnected line.
Most of the time this automaticaly puts you on THEIR do not call list.

My third recomendation is, DO NOT give out your phone number over the internet !!!

Your unwanted calls should subside over time.

11/07/2012 1:28 PM. Caller ID said "CNAM". The recorded message said the caller was from "Cardmember Services".

10/29/2012 at 10:37 AM. I received another call from "CNAM" from the number 253-246-8592 with the same recorded message.

09/25/2012 at 1:35 PM. I received another call from the number 206-496-0716. Caller ID said Smart1 Solution. The recorded message offered travel services.

B*****ds are trying to scam my credit card. Fortunately I'm not that stupid. They even call into Canada.

I missed a call from this number on my cell @ 12:58pm.  I called back @ 1:45pm, and the recording said I had reached a disconnected Pacific Telecommunications number!

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  They are a public utility that uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I am getting so sick of these people calling I can't tell you. What can we do to stop it. I am sick and have to run to the phone all the time (sometimes late at night) then I worry if something is wrong with someone in my family so I run to the phone. I could just scream................

They don't care.  This is a criminal group and they are just trying to rip off as many people as they can before the refi and modification market drops.

SCAM caller from a FAKE number.    You're first and most OBVIOUS sign of a scammer.

Getting calls from these a**clowns again.  This time I pressed 9 to be connected to their CS agent.  When she came on the line I asked why my number was being called when I am on the Federal Do Not Call list.  She hung up on me.  I've reported these people to the FTC/FCC so many times, it's ridiculous.  I think it's time to buy a new airhorn.  Then sit and wait for them to call and burst an eardrum!

Call blocked 1-206-496-0716 at 11:48 a.m. pacific standard time. Suprising as they usually call at night. On the national do not call list also but doesn't seem to phase these people.  let the answering machine get it but didn't leave a message.  If you have call block on your phone pls consider using it as it only allows for one ring then ends it.  Unfortunately, these robo calls change their numbers all the time which makes my block list long! lol!  Good luck on getting rid of them and if there is another way I would love to hear how we can make this stop.

I have got 3 calls in a row from this number and I answer on the first ring and no one answers!
I'm on the national do not call list and would like them to quit calling me!

Got a call from these jerks today and actually pushed "9" to speak to a live customer service rep.  The time I mentioned that I wanted them to remove me from their calling list, she hung up on me.  Somebody needs to put some teeth into the Do Not Call List.  Right now it is a joke.  Telemarketers must just laugh out loud over threats to report them.

*It appears that CNAM is a database that disguises the true identity of the caller.  This service costs less than a penny per call.

From the internet: Pacific Telecom Communications Group is a company operated by Steve Hamilton and with F Antone Accuardi acting as it?s attorney.  It is registered as a public utility in the states of Washington, Montana and North Dakota. Note the State of Washington. I filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office. I was told that they were not allowed to investigate these complaints (even though the TCPA specifically state they can and should). This was apparently form their Attorney General, Rob McKenna, who is now running for Governor. I live on the other side of the country but if I lived in the state of Washington, I would NEVER vote for this guy, and I would do everything I could to publicize his support for illegal telemarketers.

Calls from this number come every other day.  Caller ID says "CNAM".  Rings 4 or 5 times and stops.

Oh I got more than a hang up. I asked the to delete my number from future soliciting and the guy kept insisting to lower my credit debt. Ended up in a verbal attack.."F" u "f" this and that. Nice, huh? From a number which doesn't exist! And all this is ok???????

I get calls from a "card service" about lowering my interest on my credit card...it starts out as a robo call, but if you press 1 a real person comes on the line...after i ask them their name and who they represented they hung up  fast!!

With modern technology, you can make your phone call say it is from any number you want and it is legal because congress does not want to make it illegal because big business wants to be able to do it if they need to, so every scum sucking leach telemarketing company is also doing it now to keep from getting caught while they annoy the crap out of us trying to get us to fall for their scams. Write your congress if you don't like it!
