I had a call from this number today and have seen this number on my caller ID multiple times. The person identified herself as Allison from Mutual Guard. I had her repeat herself a couple of times as the line seems muffled at first and it was Very loud in the background. I have previously entered my number on the gov do not call list but I keep getting calls from this and other telemarketers often.

They call twice a day for a week now.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  They are a public utility that uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

As a licensed attorney, Accuardi is subject to oversight by the Oregon State Bar Association.  According to official documents from State investigators, Accuardi ?? is responsible for a large percentage of the illegal telephone calls made using Pacific Telecom?s telephone numbers.?
