been called several times, i've answered twice, they say that i had contacted them in the past, but i have never contacted them; one lady asked if i wanted to reduce my credit card debt and knew the remaining balances and on what cards (she was pretty much correct, that sort of freaked me out); when i said that i didn't want to transfer or change anything she got snippy and hung up on me; 2nd time "Fernando" was a bit more polite, but also knew the approximate debt on my credit cards (not comforting); they say their with ADS
