I have a cranky baby and these people have called several times today,,,,,,not having solicited them and personally not caring,,,,now its time to do something.  These people do not care about the do not call list putting the list in little letters.  Report these people to FTC.

Got a call this morning and caller ID showed "Student Loan He"......pretty laughable since I graduated from college 41 years ago and my kids graduated about 15 years ago and none of us had a student loan!  They didn't leave a message.  I don't answer those calls where I don't know the caller anyway.

They called my house on Oct 10, 2012.
Now they are blocked.

I just go this message too today. My daughter is going to college so i thought it was a loan officer or something.  IDIOTS!

Received...automated call...caller id showed 'student loan help'. I answered." do not hang up..." They were trying to sell a GE home security system

Student Loans - No students here and no loans.

I pick up and hang up. I feel the Do Not Call List is as phony as these numbers. Think that is a scam too and then they sell your phone number.

They call yesterday as a Finanical Center. Today they call, show up as Student loan. message goes selling home security. I press 1 and told the guy to F off and hung up.

Called today at 1:51pm. Directed to voicemail. No message left.

I got the robocall too about a free home security system.  I pressed  '1' and got Alisha.  She said it's free but I pay for monitoring.  I asked her what part of do not call don't then understand and she hung up on me.

What got me was the CallerID said the call was from STUDENT LOAN HE  and that's the only reason I picked up.  

I called the number  back and got a recording (after MANY rings) saying I received a call from a marketing organization, and to hit '1' to take my number off their list.  I figure they got the number anyway, so I'll try the '1'

Just received call from Seattle, Wa 206-496-0978.  I live on Cape Cod and didn't recognize the number so didn't pick up.  They didn't leave a message.  They've called before.  Thanks to this site, I always check before calling back.

I began to think the telemarketers forgot about me :( I was getting lonely. BUSTED! I reported them to the FTC, FCC, Do Not Call Registry and state attorney general's office.

The following numbers called my home phone last week

253-382-9906: ID "unknown"  based on your posts this is the same Washington State company as the student loans #
407-358-9999 ID "unknown" company is Credit Card Services
360-474-3910 ID" lower interest"
859-278-0532 ID' MC Squared (hang up. not sure who they are)
These are the ones I wrote down. There were others.

As you can see, this is just some of the calls coming in on my home #, which is listed on the
National & Massachusetts Do Not Call registries. They are no help withthese on going flood of calls.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Tired of these spoof calls. What are they?? Home security or student loan headquarters ?? I'll bey they don't know either!! I never had a student loan in my life and I've been out of college 40 years with no intention of ever going back.........

A scam about a free alarm system.
Yesterday got several calls from Rachel at card services.
Maybe someone can hook them up with one another so they spend all of their time calling each other instead of annoying everyone else.

Student loan was on my Id. Since I don't have any students anymore I ignored it. Best to not answer at all. Once you answer and it is known 'they' have a 'live' number you'll get more unwanted calls. A News Show just said the best thing to do if you pick up a robo call is to say nothing and then just hang up. Not sure if I want to bother with complaining to an e-mail that says they'll do something. I just don't want to give out my information to anyone. Do any of those sites that say they are legal Representatives to stop these calls really work?

I just got a call from that number, but on Call Answer, it said "Student Loans". Definately a scam of some sort. And since I am 63 and do not need or want a Student Loan I did not pick up.

Yes, the same situation occurred at my home.  "Don't hang up, you have won a free alarm system from GE.  Press 1 to learn how" .  I did and Gloria answered.  I immediately asked her to remove my name and number from their calling list.  She hung up on me...

This company is selling home security systems, yet the caller ID identifies them as "Student Loan Headquarters"

scam plus... after numerous calls daily, finally answered ro a recorded message for 24 hour monitoring home security system... (oh come on!!!). Of course pre-recorded. Said if I pressed "9" I would be taken off their "call" list. Don't ever remember calling them!  What ever you do, don't give them the time of day. They are robo pests, EXTERMINATE them

Says they are calling from Seattle on my caller ID.  They do not accept blocked calls.  Have called several times to block their organization from calling my number.  They do not leave a message.

Caller ID said "Student Loan Help"  just like Vicki's report.  Called at 9:15am.  Called back and got a message that it was a commercial entity and to press 1 to be removed from the call list.  They did not leave a voice mail message.  Student Loan Help from General Electric Security?? Sounds like a slimy group with shady motives. Just saying...BLEEPERS.

Caller ID said "Student Loan Help" but it was a recorded message from General Electric Security...was told to press "2" to be on the No Call List but there was no response when I pressed 2.

I think this is the same guy that was trying to get me before only he's using a different number and a method to get into my personal files.  He only answers the phone when I answer.  When my father answers the phone or he has to leave a message, he won't answer.
