They spoofed the caller id to make it appear as though they called you from your work number. They are an offshore conjob. Ignore them. Contact the authorities if they persist. Others have said to contact the FBI and US Postal Inspection Service. I beg to differ. I think everyone should contact the National Security Agency or Department of Homeland Security. I have been called repeatedly by these ppl. They have even hacked my works phone number calling from it saying they were outside my job and would go in and get me fired. I called them back and told this sherry washington that I've spoke with the attorney general as well as local police and they were fraud con artists. She said if I didn't believe they were real why was I calling back and I told her becus I would appreciate if she would stop calling me,go back to her home country and blow things up cus that's what their good at...she hung up on me

I received 4 different phone calls. 2 on cell phone and 2 on home phone from Officer Robbins, I think that was his name because I could not understand most of what he said in his indian accent.  If your going to call my number speak english.  They stated that I had a investigation an I owe money and being sued and if I do not return this call and take care of this I will have a officer of investigation at my door and arrest me.  They know where I live and they will come and take me away and arrest me if I do not take care of this matter right away.  I try to call the 206-508-7318 number to not get tell them to stop calling because I do not owe anything to anyone. I was listening to this on my answering machine trying over and over to understand what they were saying and what you could understand was "coming to my door and take me away to arrest me and I do not take this matter serious  I will be sorry".  This was unfortunately was overheard by my child which scare him to tears that his mom was going to be taken away.  These people are morons and can they be reported and to who?

I am reporting a phone call from 206-508-7318.  When I call the # back, it tells me that I need to dial an area code.  This is not the first time these crazy #s have called me.

report them if they fake r scam they should be arrested...............but if they r the correct co. u will be face the legal aspects

I had a lady names Sherry Washington call me today at my place of employment and said that they were going to build a lawsuit against me. They stated that I had taken out a loan with a company called usafastcash.com, and of course there was no such thing! I have had many of these phone calls and when I asked for this in writing on their company letterhead they quickly said that they would contact the company and I am still waiting for a phone call back! And she went by the name Officer Sherry Washington! WTF does that!

Officer Cherry Washington called me at work today, claiming they received a complaint about me, that I need to call me them right away. I don't owe them any money, so please everyone ignore these calls. These are the people who are lazy trying to get our money.

This number has called my phone a couple of times. They never leave a message.

This person has called my cell number numerous times looking for my daughter.  They say its from the department of investigations.  Total Scam!!!  Says they have all her personal information such as her address and Social Security Number.  I won't pick up the phone anymore and they leave a lenghthy message.  Foreign accent like Nigeria.  Will be reporting them, but I know it won't do any good.

I'm right there with most of you!  These idiots with the strong Pakistanian/Indian accents, claiming to be Dept. of Investigations; "Officers Sherry Washington", "Officer Dan Stevents" (all of them w/the STRONG accents, BTW? R U Kidding me?!  They're threatning to "ruin the rest of my life" and that they'll "put me in jail for the rest of my life"; that "there is a lawsuit against my SS#"..  Thanks for confirming that I'm not the only one who is dealing with these FRAUDS - and I'll continue to NOT answer calls from this number, AND ADDITIONAL PHONE NUMBERS like: 1-234-567-0, 911-234-789856, 800, and "unavailable".  Also, I'd contacted the companythat they stated that they're affiliated with (searched these fools online), and confirmed that these people ARE 3rd Party Fraud, and that this company doesn't use outside parties to handle their collections. So yeh... these people are a JOKE

One of them just called me today. When I didn't answer he called on another phone that I have... which I still do not know how they got my daughter's number. Anyway, I explained to him that I know I can not be arrested for a debt. If I were gonna be arrested they would come to my house. I explained to him that what he was doing was harrassament. And that is against the law. I have all their voicemails and how many times they have called. If they call again I will be reporting them to the police. He then said...if you don't want to listen then you will be arrested(in his indian voice). So I said okay when I am going to jail so will you because you are harrassing me... he then hung up. Hopefully they will get the message!!!

This  is a con-artist call who thinks if they call you enough, you will send them money to get "out of trouble" that you are "not" in.  There has been cases documented where money of $1500.00 or more was sent to them, and after receiving the funds they were never heard of again.  Not from me, of course, because if I have an ongoing investigation on me happening, there would not be someone with an India accent who couldn't speak proper english calling me.  I would have receivied mail from a Lawyer and with the stated reason I am being called. They cannot do this because they are just con-artists.
Let these people get their money from someone else.  If you have caller ID, just ignore them.  They will not quit, because this is the only job they can find. I am a disabled veteran and must endure this type of abuse on a daily basis, when I have done sooo much for my country. Well, for as I am concerned, they can call 100 times a day, they will still not get a dime from me EVER, EVER, EVER.
They are crooks and should be treated that way.
Pray for them, because they need Jesus in their lives.

These people are con artists, who will, if they can get you to send money to them to "get you out of a lawsuit". They will never tell you what you are guilty of, because you are not "guilty " of anything. To know that they are con-artist is these steps: 1) They will have an India accent (these are the only jobs they can get) 2) Easily irritated and poor "english speaking" skills. 3) Have plenty of time to call you everyday and sometimes two or three times a day, because they are too lazy to get a "real" job anywhere else. 4) They have arrogrant attitudes, and pretend to have some authority but in reality, they don't even choose when they can go to the bathroom. 5) Once they realize that you know who they are, they will stop calling you.

The next time they cal,l tell them this: "I know who you are and you will never get a dime from me. Keep wasting your time in calling me, because you are too dumb to stop."
You will probably not finish this statement before they hang up.
They will call again, but soon when the message really reaches their brains, they will stop calling.
I have caller ID and I don't care if they call 40 times a day, they will never recieve a dime from me.
If I was under investigation, there would be a person contacting me who could speak english or a letter in the mail. If they know so much about you, then why don't they show-up at your door. Why? because they are liars, lazy people, pitiful workers, and without the knowledge of when to stop calling.
Just pray for them and don't give them a moment of your time...they do not deserve it.
