If u have a civil claim in that office I would highly suggest you take it seriously.I was uninsured and hit one of State Farms policy holders.NSB called me threatning to suspend my dl,which I thought was b.s,and hung up on the rep.Not even 8 days later I get a letter given me 5 days to pay $2100+ or a drivers license suspension was being issued to the state.I rolled the dice and ignored the letter.Within 26 days I got a letter from the state advising me to surrender my dl within 30 days or pay the balance.I talkd to a lawyer and he said a licensed subrogator can petition the state requesting your license be suspended if you dont pay back on civil claim. Bottom line they are a legit company.Just fyi

I have filed a grievance with the Attorney General's office already.  I will admit that I did owe money to one of NSB's clients, but I have paid my debt in full... and WILLINGLY I might add.  I called them to settle the debt, not the other way around.  I was told that I would receive a hard copy of my receipt mailed to my home within 10 business days after the ACH cleared my bank account.  It has been a month!  I have called two times in the last week to ask for my "account paid in full" receipt.  The first time I was laughed at and hung up on, and the second time I left a message and have not been contacted back.  The debt is still reflecting as being owed on my credit report, even though it was paid a month ago.
I have paid these negligent and unethical vampires everything that was asked of me and ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A RECEIPT SO I COULD SEND IT TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND CLEAN UP MY CREDIT.  WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO PROOF OF PAYMENT IN ORDER TO PREVENT FRAUD FROM EITHER PARTY!  Do yourselves a favor and always see if the company you owe the originating debt to will accept payment from you before dealing with these clowns.  I have never had to put up with such an unprofessional, childish, and morally reprehensible company before, and I will ALWAYS pay my bills on time from now on just to avoid being subjected to their tom-foolery in the future.

Must be a bill collector or scam artist.  Most of time this number hangs up then calls back or leaves a message saying there is an important business matter.  Tody a message was left stating "Hi Sarah. This is Carley. Call me back at the number that showed up."  I do not know anyone named Carley.

This collection agency uses deceptive tactics to get their results. They lie by misrepresenting who they are or what it is for. I have had 3 calls and each time the story was a little different.
Last call I told him this is the owner of the phone number and I was telling him not to call or I would have them sued. We'll see how brave he is.
Quite a history behind this "company", very good actors and manipulators. He met his match this time.
When he began talking sarcastically, I told him he wasn't very professional. He tried to turn the topic and said I wasn't being professional. Reminded him his business called me, a non business number, I don't need to act professional. That made him angry.
do not buy into his crock. They are lowlife bottom feeders who look on the internet for debt notices and without research start track the person down. The bill may have been paid or removed through a bankruptcy or some other reason it no longer exists.

I am a victim from this horrible harassing company who will tell what I owe but demand I give a credit card over the phone.  What happened with this company and were you sucessful in filing a complaint.  I would like to know more information on this.  Thanks.

I agree.  I get calls from a man who will not give me his name.  Calls my job and tells the person answering the phone the reason he is calling because I am irresponsible and should pay my bill.  When I've spoken to him asking why is he calling and what is the debt he starts yelling at me saying I should know what I owe and to give my credit card number.  I've asked I will pay what I owe but you need to tell me what it is and send it to me in writing because I am not giving you my credit card.  His repsonse "I don't get paid to sit on my a** and lick envelopes".  Can you believe this.  This has been 4 months of harassment and still nothing in writinig.  What do I do????

So here is a fun one,   these same people sent my boyfriend a bill collection that he owed on a verison land line from back 12 years ago... when he was at that address he lived at home with his parents and his dad actually WORKED for verizon.... and they never had a land line through them.
That was yesterday,  now today,these same people have now called me again for the same verizon land line bill but in my name and again I haven't had a land line with them ever...SCAM

This number has called me twice today...a voice mail was left with just the middle of a recorded message saying, "press 2 now" and then it hung up.

I am getting these calls to who are these people?and what do they do?I have never heard of them.

This caller sometimes checks to see if you are home by first calling from unknown caller  000-000-0000  as soon as you pick up the phone they will hang up and recall you from 206-533-0963

I got a call from this number and it was an actual person who left me a message saying "Hy [my name here] I must have missed you this morning, Let me actually give you my office number I'll be in the office all day today I realize I don't have another number to reach you at, call me back and leave me another number so that we quit playing phone tag. My office number is 888 786 0091 ext 152".  I have no idea who is this or what this is from.

I had that number call today and the man screaming at me for a credit card number, claiming I owed money on a bill that I had already paid off. Caller I.D. says WC/NATIONAL SE. The guy on the phone would not even listen to me tell him that the bill was paid off, it was NEVER in default or even late.

I just received the same call: "our office has an important message for you....dial 1". I didn't, and I'd suggest you don't either!

Called everynight for 3 days and said my name and my phone number and demanded my husband and said we had credit problems and was upsetting and and said put him on and put him on and hung up and never had a manager.  i called * 69 and it was 206-533-0963. obviously a scam.

I got a call a few weeks ago. It asked if I was some name I couldn't understand and told me to press 1 if it was me or hangup if I was not that person. I hung up. It has called me back several times since then. I still keep hanging up. If I 'miss' the call, it doesn't leave a voice mail some of the time and leaves a garbled message other times.

This is a bill collector, connected with a toll-free number of (888) 533-0877.  It is likely that they are getting the bugs out of their autodialer program.  Whenever a recording tells you that they "have an important business matter to discuss with you," it's code for, "We're bill collectors."  Never return their calls from your cell phone or home phone because they will capture the number and use that number to continue calling more frequently.  Also, once they know they have your attention (because you called them back), they will step up their collection activities.  Bill collecting is an entry-level job, and no matter what you say, they don't care.  They're paid not to care, and even if they did, they're in no position to do anything about it.

This number calls me THREE times or MORE a day- Saying I have an important business matter- but when I call back it's a recording! Anyone ever talked to a human???

This number calls me at least once a day and never leaves a message. The caller ID shows name unknown, the number comes back to the Richmond Terrace Washinton area.

These guys are the real cream of the crop. The called me asking for my girlfriend, when i told him to call her directly he became very abusive and attempted to upset me. He told me that I need to get a job. I called back asking for his supervisor, the connected to me to him again. I continued to call. I told the secretary that I wanted to talk to someone else, he would only allow me to talk to the original collection agent. I don't know if these people are legit or not. I know there are several collection laws that that were breaking, it seams that they don't care. They did ask for my girlfriend by name, but i don't know how they got my number. We keep our numbers separate. I hope you guys do whatever you can to burn these people, so they stop doing to everyone else. I am reporting them to the fair credit collection act. I suggest you do the same.

Has been calling daily saying, "This is Patrick, call me back"...don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that it is a collection call...just not sure what company it is with and I am not going to call back to find out!

I can assure you this is not a scam; I used to work there. If you speak with someone in the office they can tell you who the debt is for. You have to understand that they might be looking for someone with the same name but is not you. Obviously there is a reason to answer these calls as it gives you a chance to resolve your debt. Most of the collectors will work with you as long as you keep a clean record with their company. For everyone who is being rude to these people, you should be ashamed of yourselves. They too have kids and families that they need to feed and keep warm, if you would handle your debts in the first place then they wouldn't have to call you. Maybe they should be blowing a horn in your ear for being that one that doesn't pay their bills.

I have received calls from this number almost daily! They never leave a message. Today I finally answered and they were looking for Sherry Derone (not sure of spelling).  I told the caller that this person does not live here. The caller pursued to question me as to when Sherry would be back or where to find her. I replied you must be a bill collector, but she does not live here. The caller then told me why would it matter if it was a bill collector and  further implied that I must know Sherry if I made this comment. I told him I do not know her and instrucetd him to not ever call my house again. I called the number back to get my number removed from there list of numbers to call. The person I spoke to, Andrew was very rude. He eventually told me he would give me the number to call to stop the  annoying/harassing phone calls. Finally he said do you want us to stop calling your house? I said yes and he hung up on me. I'm hoping the calls FINALLY STOP! This company needs to stop their harassing people!

They may be mean and I have been in the room they make the calls in and it is the most depressing place in the world. But I will tall you this. Misty is so F'ing hot at has the nicest tits I have ever seen.  Just know that you are getting called names by someone that people would pay to have call them names :) She is worth getting a bad debt to get a call from. Maybe I could pay her personally ;)
