This company calls me everyday of the week, I own a company with over 18 different phone lines and to receive 18 phone calls over and over.

When I call the number back, I get a message that the number I have dialed is not in service.

I've been getting these calls for months both at work and home and it's always my last chance.  Next time I get one I'm going to answer it and tell them that I just bought "pfennigman's" 57 Ford Edsel that he had.

Same as everyone else. I am getting multiple calls with different numbers. I have turned them into the ftc but the calls continue. We are on the do not call list as well. If you go onto the national do not call website you can file a complaint. However I have done this but it has not heled. Maybe if they get enough complaints it will help. What a pain.

keep geting three/four calls a day from this number-when I press to not receive them anymore i get nothing.

When I talked to the guy on this number they said it wasn't a telemarketing call. I know my car warranty and I for a fact its still good cause i talked to my dealership. When I told them to give me their business name and phone number they hung. Simple fact is it's a scam.

Unknown has been showing up on my caller ID, with no messages. If you work with a company you should at least show a company name. Respect the customer, which now a days is extinct.

Tech Geeks is probably the firm who setup the website for the company. Did you get this website just from googling for it, or do you know that this is the actual company that's doing the calling? If you are pretty sure these are the ones calling, I'll start doing some tracking down on them.

I get these jerks calling me at least 2 to 3 times a day on my work phone. Next call that goes thru, I'm going to follow thru and give them a fake vehicle and then try and figure out who they are. Absolutely sick of getting these calls.

got message calls on unlisted work number asking if i was having a crappy day or not for a while, a couple of times a day, then started getting calls from the 831 number, hit 2 a bunch of times, then hit 1 once, asked for the name of the company and then they hung up.  now 206 -569-0123 is calling me and when i hit 1 today, I talked to a nice guy who said he was selling legitimate from the mfctr extended warranties on cars from "Vehicle Protection Services".  Some of the reps who've answered asked what the code was on the postcard I received, which makes no sense since they just called me...

This company has been calling my phone for about 2 months now asking if I want to extend my car warranty.  When I speak to someone there I tell them to put me on the "do not call list" and they hang up on me. They still are calling my phone and sometimes it's at a different number. I would get the name of the company that does this and report them. They have to be breaking several laws by doing this.

Same story as all the other posts here, automated message about car refinancing. We have about 20 phones at our office and most of us are getting these calls 3-4 times a week. Some of us have had luck pressing 2 to be taken off the list, but they'll call back at a different number.

I'm not sure how they did this one, but after supposedly being taken off their list, they called me at a number that registered on caller id as 1123456789, which interestingly enough when I redialed from our IP phones, dials 9 (to get out) then 11... and emergency 911 services did not appreciate me calling them unnecessarily. Good one scamming telemarketers, good one...

They have called twice this week at our office.  What a pain!  If you call back it says 'out of service'.  I registered with the Do Not Call Registry; LOL.

Rec'd call from 206-569-0123 ref important message regarding my car, yeah ever phone in the office has been called by them today. So I pressed one, was asked for make & year of my car(if they where calling they should know this info). So I told him 1957 Ford Edsel, don't you have anything newer. No, why it runs dam good same engine and only had to replace the tires & change the oil. He hung up.

This number has called my work phone 3 times today and not left a message.  I purposely did not answer the call since I didn't recognize the number.  I work in North Central, CT.

See these people are what they call (spoofing numbers) They can be calling from the same number all the time and have a different one show up on your caller ID each time. Then when you call back its either a recording or a disconnected number or a phone that does not recieve incoming calls(like some pay phones). The BBB probably don't even know how it is but the FCC could probably find out or the sevice provider from those numbers. This is why we were checking this number out. I know because I was being stalked and harrassed for a year or so and phone calls poored in all with different locations and numbers which were all kept track of unfortanatly for them spoofing numbers is a Crime and we and PI'S figured out who they were (we are now just waiting on the courts and Internal Affairs to say suprise your busted and going to Prison). This is why we were checking this number out. This is just another scam waiting for that vulnarable person to actually answer there questions. They usually hang up if you don't answer, but if you answer then it registers onto there system as a live number and they just keep calling and calling. Report it to your phone sevice and theres and possibly the FCC.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number and others ever since I gave my cell phone number to Progressive when asking for an insurance quote.  I am reasonably sure that Progressive sold my number.  Before giving them my Verizon cell phone number, I never received a single telemarketing call.  Now I receive one every other day.  I have never picked up, but this number calls relentlessly.

i'm in CT too and i get these calls on my cell all the time. i never answer though, because they always seem to call when im sleeping.

I am in Connecticut and just received this call on my company cell phone.  I didn't answer because I have been getting a wave of these calls in the last few weeks.  What a pain.

I keep getting calls from this number at my work phone.  I pressed one today and asked for the name of the company.  He kept insisting that I give him my make & model of my vehicle.  When I asked him if he was trying to sell me something and demanded that since he called me I wanted to know the name of their company, he hung up on me.  I work for a VERY large insurance company and I've reported them to our phone department but I just get calls from a different number.  Others in my area are also receiving calls.

I want to know who owns the number because when I called the number back, it said it was not in service. They keep calling my work number and harassing me. The first time they called the man I spoke with told me the name of the person with whom they were looking to speak and it was not me and I asked him to take me off the list and he said ok. Today the man who called gave me an attitude and said he would only work with me if I worked with him by telling him the make and model of my vehicle. Then when I requested to speak with his supervisor he said no, I won't let you report me. He said that I should stop being a cry baby and next time don't pick up the phone if I don't want to talk to him. But that I was being an idiot trying to get him in trouble. I want to report these people but I don't know the company name. Has someone else found out?

Called my work #.  I hit 2 to be taken off the list, and 3 days later, I'm getting calls from another # with the same thing.  That # is 831-480-6326.  I pressed 1 on that one, and they asked me for the year, make and model of my vehicle.  I told them to tell me since they called me.  The woman hung up!  HAHA!  We should ALL do that!

They call my cell everyday and some of my work lines everyday, no way they could have gotten the numbers from the same list, so this is a saturation attack, numerous means of obtaining numbers, and they must be calling millions of people.

I received a call from this number 206-569-0123. I don't know the number and I did not answer for that reason. So I went online to check the number to be curious and I ended up here. I guess I'm not the only one who receive a call from this number.

The number (206)-569-0123 called me today between 3-5 p.m. on 7/2/08. This number has been calling me about a car I had ever financed or even bought. They got my name on their file somehow and has been calling me since. Whoever this or someone is that is calling me had better stop, or I will complain to the BBB and my phone company. I don't know who they are, but my name should not be on their calling list.
