He is In Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada if he scams you. The R.C.M.P. have a
ongoing file on him.

Just got a fax from these guys asking for spark plugs, too! 200 of 1 and 400 of another. Seemed like a scam to me, too!

We just received a fax from Terry Cole requesting 360 spark plugs.  We thought this was very strange as there was no company info on the fax at all and the english is terrible. This is a scam beware.

Had a fax from this terry cole today, wanting to order a large quantity of sparks plugs as well. Thought is seemed strange so I googled the phone number and found that alot of other people are receiving fax from him as well.

recieved fax from terry cole so he says is his name  request for 360 spark plugs  sent him a request for certified check got no response  fax number he used is 202-800-0026   never got response back

this is a scam that is still ongoing its feb11/2012 and he is still trying this scam i want to nail this intrest rate hiking mofo....

Just got an IP relay call from this jerk.  Sad to see someone taking advantage of a system that is in place for people with disabilities.  Thanks for all the previous reports!

Received the same fax for filters to be shipped to California.

I have dealt with this caller back in the summer as well but through relay calling. He was looking for a $4500.00 Cummins injection pump.
I faxed him a copy of a credit card authorization form to fill out and supply a copy of the credit card. He filled out the form but would not provide a copy of the card. Half a dozen calls from him to process card but would still not provide a copy. Sorry, no copy, no sale. Ran A pre-auth on the card number just for fun, no go.

order for 2 filters 150 pieces... bogus for sure we are located in Ontario Canada like we would ship to California anyway.

terrypartsltd@yahoo.com has tried to scam my company with a "stolen?" credit card.  He contacted us through at&t relay service ( a good indicator of a scam) and then wanted us to charge the card and wire transfer the money to someone else...we called the credit card company and they put a hold on the card, and I did a traceroute from his e-mails that led to Chattanooga Tennessee.  I'm reporting him the the Fraud Dept. of Suntrust.  I want to bust this guy!!!

Received fax with two email addresses.  terrypartsltd@gmail.com and terrypartsltd@yahoo. com  looking for large quantities of popular filters from Fleetguard.  Gave address of 4607 Lake View Canyon Rd., #640 West Lake Villiage, CA 91361  
I looked into the address and it is the UPS store there. I never went further other than this report

We have received several of these by fax and phone.  They want you to order large amounts of the same part (a red flag) and charge them to three credit cards.  They usually have the right security code off of the back of the card too. (scary)  They won't want you to direct ship the parts to them, but rather have them come to your place of business so they can pick them up.  When they cancel the order, you are to apply the credit to a different card (theirs) and so goes the scam.  There are two different email addresses on the one we got today.

Indeed a scam - always do business with people you know !
