Caller threatens legal filings and action.  Calls that they are coming to take you to jail.  Caller id shows: 752-839-1604 and person of Indian or Pakastani accent asks you to call 206-607-0716 ext 3007.  When called it is some guy of Indian/Pakastani accent identified as Logan and he's not in, leave your phone number.  This is fraud.  I do not owe anyone any money.

I AM SOOO SICK OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!  DON'T THEY HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO THAN SCAM PEOPLE!!!  I AM TIRED OF THESE PHONEY PHONE CALLS.

Report them and Names and phone info to FTC.

i am tired and sick of these dumb a** indian people doing these scamy phone calls and i'll like to an actions towards them including law suit.

I recv'd call from a different number from and Adam Walker claiming to be a federal officer of the NY Civil Code or Court (accented).  He said his chief was Logan Harris.  American names, but very accented.  Between two calls they updated my address correctly.

Did anyone else here use MyPaydayLoan?  It is possible  that they got the data from there.

I got a call from an Officer Logan Harris, then a few days later an Officer Jennifer Brown and then a Chief, Officer Bob Jones all wanting me to send them money for some bill they said I owed for a payday loan which was paid years ago.  They all said they represented a company called American Eagle Incorporation. When I told them I paid  that they wanted to argue with me and told me to call them back at 206-607-0716. I told them I would have my lawyer to get in contact with them. Can't these a__ holes get a real job and leave us alone?  All of the people I spoke with have accents but American names what's with that? At least they could try to be original.

I just received a call from a logan today as well asking for a settlement out of court. He stated Phil or Indias are buying accts and scaring people tpo pay. How do we know the difference.

I contacted attorney as well.

received a call from a Mr.Logan from 206-607-0716 asking for funds to settle out of court.  Claims he is not dealing with fraudulent info.

OFFICER "BOB" CONTINUES TO CALL ME EVERY TWO DAYS. ALSO HAS BEEN CALLING MY ROOMMATE AND COUSIN. I AM SICK OF IT! I TRIED IGNORING HIM. I TURNED THEM INTO THE FTC OFFICE AND I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE THREE CREDIT BUR. AND PLACED MY CREDIT REPORTS ON FRAUD ALERT. TODAY I FINALLY CALLED OFFICER BOB BACK WHO DID NOT ANSWER AND LEFT HIM A "NICE" MESSAGE LETTING HIM KNOW THAT I AM HIGHLY UPSET!

This freak called 6 days in a row. Cussed my elderly mother out over the phone for a debt she had no idea she owed.  Came to me in tears.  Then called another two days in a row and today, Feb. 4th, 2010, called 8 times in a row.  Until I got on the phone and told him in not so few terms, I'd kill him if he called back

they call me with the same bs calling my friend house how did yall get my info saying the same thing i told them go to hell and dont call again lock me up and throw away the key i dont have time for this i have never taken out no damn loan and its a new nam now but same number and ext.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past couple of weeks, they have went as far as calling my sister and my mothers number asking for me. Sometimes he is rude other times he is very nice. I havent heard from them in a couple of days but today they called my sister all day long saying if she didn't get ahold of me than she could go to jail also. I didn't really know much about this whole scam thing they said i owed 800.00 from an unpayed online payday loan from 2008. I told them that i did have one but it was in 07 it was automatically withdrawn from my checking account and was payed in full. Deputy Logan Harris said that if i didn't pay then next week i would have to appear in court in new york city he would never give a direct address instead when i would ask he would act as if he was trying to help me out by giving advice on how to fix this. I asked for company names and phone numbers for the place that was trying to get me for bank fraud, check fraud and one other charge, he would just tell me that he couldn"t release that info. I will admit i was starting to freak out about this and and was going to make payment arrangements. Are you kidding me,Im a single mother of two I can't go to jail,i told him i would go and get my bank statements for the entire year of 08 from the bank in the morning and will see just wait for the papers in the mail and wait for court, he told me to call him back in the morning and he will try to work out something with these people, im sure he will call, he always does! Just as i am sure it will be to let me know that they reduced the amount! Now that i found out all this on here just to f**k with "deputy Logan Harris" I think i'll just call him back tonight and screw with his head like he was trying to do with mine!!!
