Research as much business and personal info as you can find in these shady characters. Find names, home addresses, what schools they went to, and family, friends, and business associates. Follow the money. Check to see if they or their "company(ies)" have been sued in civil actions or tried in criminal court. There's a website which lists public information about political campaign donations these thugs have given. Put it all together! Read any newspaper/TV reporting about them.  Check all the other consumer protection and customer complaints / anti-scam websites. Visit the BBB.org. If you can, visit them in person, talks pictures / video. If they are aggressive or threatening, call police immediately and file a report. This, and all the information you've carefully collected, will help you when you report them to the Authorities and file a civil claim against all involved scamsters, individually, separately, and jointly. Do it, starting today. Also, check with a local TV news consumer affairs reporter, they may want to put your story in the air!

Don't call their toll free phone number or go to their website or chat with them. Every second you stay connected with them, you're handing over 1) phone & computer info, 2) your general location, 3) your recorded voice which mat be identified by voice recog software, time stamp and duration info, any anything they can guess from what you say or where you click. You've confirmed an implied business relationship and opened up your PC/device to cookies, spyware, and malware. Have fun!

Called the number back. I had filled out a form for a free e-book about becoming debt free, and inadvertently signed up for  a free debt analysis. This was the company providing the analysis, but they took my number off their call list as I didn't want their services. Easy as that.

Go to a public payphone and keep calling their toll free number over and over, accusing them of owing debts! Also use Google Earth to see their building and some of the cars in the parking lots; Manta.com has more info on the number of employees, profits, and more valuable info. Look em up at bbb.org, too.

Has been calling several times a day (business) for past few weeks.  I get nothing but my echoed voice, then a hang up after less than a minute.

Had a call today from 206-607-6296. They left a blank message. I think I have had other calls from them also.

This URS is a collection company that buys collection database.  They hire low life employees without any education and basically instructed to call everyday.  Way to stop the calls is to report them to the Attorney General's office for illegal calls.  Let them know that you are in do not call list that you will report them.  Like I said the employees are uneducated and some of them are just came out from prison.

I called back.  URS corporation.  they would not tell the "nature" of their business.  Were looking for someone I did not know.  Would not disclose why.

Said it was a "personal" matter.  weird !!  No idea how they ended up with my number.

This number, 206 607 6296, calls our number two or three times a day for no reason.  We don't have any debts or collections.  I've yelled into the phone, and now they just call and there is silence.  It is harrassment!  I'm glad I logged on and found out who they are; I wasn't sure if it was a prank local call or what.

United Recovery System calls my number 2-3 times every day incluiding weekends harrassing me.  I want the calls stopped immediately.  I am at the point of turning them over to my attorney for harrassment and invasion of privacy.

They cally daily asking for either "Kim" or "Amy" and always hang up when I told them this is a business or no such person exist. Try to lauch an official complaint on Do Not Call list to see what happens.

Through some digging 206.607.6296 this number belongs to A United Debt Collections Based out of Seattle (Mercer Island) Washington. Dont talk to them, dont give them any information, tell them you have the wrong number and not to call this number again.

These people have been calling for weeks now and ask for a name and then dont give you any information about who they are. Then they hang up! My guess is its a collection agency or law firm hired by a credit company to hunt people down. very annoying.

I answer and they just hang up.  I think it is a debt collector.   United recovery systems had been calling me from a 800 number I guess they just switched numbers to make it interesting.  They will need to talk with my Lawyer.

Looking for Savanna Bohlman at my phone number.  I have never heard of this person.  Caller said she was from Texas.  She stated she would remove my phone number.  Previously I have had numerous phone calls from 1 800 toll free trolling for folks I have never heard of - but allegedly have used my phone number on some kind of financial documents.

They called my cell.  It is an unwanted call.

They call almost everyday Mon thru Sat to my home office for at least 3 months (I wasn't documenting as I should have). Everytime I tell them no such persons here they'd say they're deleting my number and never do. Otherwise they hang up on me.
