BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM FRAUD they threating to take you to jail

Multiple calls from this number.

As w/Going Through, this has been happening to my husband for MONTHS! I have filed all the reports I could: FBI, local police, General Attorney's office, etc but nobody can do anything since they keep changing company names and telephone numbers. Apparently they are not even calling from the U.S. They just bought the usage of U.S. phone #'s but they operate from overseas so be patient and do as my husband does now, tell them their God with punish them for what they are doing... they get terrified. They have been calling me for a month or more. Same deal as what others are saying about them. Thick accent, threatening me to call. Finally, I called them back at the 206 number and it is not in service. Thank God they only have my cell number! I can ignore them or send them directly to voice mail. I knew it was a scam because they never left the name of the creditor I owed, nor did they say that the call was in regards to collect a debt. Can they be reported to someone? FBI? I

I got a call from 206-629-8234 at my job today requesting me to call them back well when I got off work I looked up the number and the people are calling from seattle,wa from a landline phone. Its another one of those scams. Work told me the guy said his name was ernie dodson and that he had a heavy accent so that's why I looked it up cuz these people have got me in the past but not again so whomever they are we need to identifie them in order to stop them.             I

My mother called me today 10/21/10 and asked me to Google a number, which happened to be 206-629-8234 she was unable to answer her phone due to being at work. So they left her a message, she stated that he had a thick accent and said that if she didn't pay the debt that she "owed" them by dialing the following number, that he would F her in holes she didn't know that she had... this really upset me. She still has the message saved in her in-box if this is anyway some fraud company idk but what i do know is that we need to find out wtf is going on and put a stop to it, this is ridiculous. Got the call today 10-20-2010.I  to could not understand alot of what they were saying,so i hung up,they call back,and ask if i hung up on them.I ask if it souds like this and hung up..so far no more calls

Just dealt with these people. They called two days ago, and again today, threatening legal action for a cash advance I never took out. I'm filling out a report form for the FBI right now, since, at a minimum, they're in another state, trying to swindle me out of money. Called from 320-052-313.

This has been going on for me for about 7mons. There is nothing you can do they just keep calling you. talked to bb about a month ago and they said that you need to tell  them  that they need to send your information through the mail. Since they say that they aready have your information you should not have to give them your address and you /lawyer will get in contact with them. yes they will be rude  i just hang up after words becaues you can not realy unstand them any way  FYI local law inforcement can not help you becaues they have not broke any laws by calling you.

I just had the samething happened to me today 10-15-10.  Lady name amanda called my job asking for me in my government name.  LM w/ my co workers for me to call Ms Sommers at 206-629-8234.  She had the last 4 of my social threating to lock me up and she feels sorry for the ppl that have to bail me out of jail.  wow- woah are u serious.  The accent was confusing and SHARP.  Yeah they almost had me til I called the number back and it took them a mighty long time to answer the phone--so I hung up.  But Amanda called back from 320-052-313.  But this supposed to be a buisness.  I was also told that their law firm William and Kastner.  Check this out - they can only take money from a Walmart gift card..  so I guess they will lock me up because they wont get my money... lls.  something told me to google the info.. but nothin came up till i google this number.  Thx guys......BEWARE

Got some calls just today and they are threatening to drag me out of my home with a rope because I am not working with them to resolve "my" debt to their company and that I will be dragged out of my house on monday and taken to jail for 6 months. I received this call on friday.  They then repeatedly called me for a total of 7 times before they gave up for the day. I asked repeatedly what law firm they were with and only answered quickly and when I asked again they refused to tell me. But while on a hunch I typed in for the area they are calling from  I was able to get the name Williams and Kastner as the law firm but I doubt they know what is going on. Anyone else seeing this please just and see if this is the same company.

They are calling me saying that I owe them money. I have called the two companys they are representing and I dont owe either one of them. One of the companys didn't even have my information at all. This is a scam. I have contacted the local law enforcement agency in my community. Please dont give this people any information.

Hey I got this same call from someone with a SHARP accent like India and they are calling my cell with the 320 number and the 206 number so i ask them who and what they are calling me for and I DID verify or give out any information on myself to them....this is a SCAM under the law office name William and Canister and they are calling from a lan line in WA. I have my Atty to call the number and they WOULDN'T talk or say ANYTHING to my atty....You can hear people in the background CALL center type trying to collect on a NON debt I don't OWE they have obtain people's names and number from websites you visit and some even pay for the 3rd party information and starting CALLING you...BEWARE this is a SCAM...they end call with GOOD LUCK and we FEEL SORRY for you if you don't return our CALL..

I just received a call from them saying after court fees and everything I will owe over 8000.00 but I can
Settle now for 1200.00 he was rude and he wouldn't give any information on the company we owed.
The guy we talked to was supposedly a lawyer and his name is Paul Martin.

I continue to get phone calls from these arabic speaking people.  They are frauds according to the FBI. They suggested I do not communicate with them and hang up.  It does no good to try and talk to them as they already have a pre-planned answer.  They are trying to extort money from you.  The telephone number, most likely, cannot be traced as they are using the internet for interference. They first called pretending to be FBI agents.  I called the FBI and they assured me it was not them.  In fact, I had not heard from these people for a while until today on my voicemail.  If they are still pretending to be FBI agents I have a suggestion:  Ask them for their ID Badge Number and that you will call them right back.  That stopped them for a little while.  Most likely you filled out information on an unsecure site and that is how they got your information.  Thats all I can tell you that I have found out and have gone through with these people.  They will change up callers.  If you listen, you can hear callers in the background.  Hope this helps some of you. It stopped them for a little while.

I just received the same message, who are they.  They were very rude, saying if i did not return the call she feels pity on me and says all she can say is good luck.

my niece got a call from this number today, I live in Oregon while she is living in New Mexico.  The person that called told her that his name is Samual Thompson.  She noticed that the number on her cell phone was not the same that he gave her, this number came up 320-052-313 on her cell phone. But he gave her this number 206-629-8234 and that I better call him back before tomorrow or else we would both be arrested. She said that the man sounded like he was from India.  He was rude to her and very demanding...
