My mother has a number that is on the do not call list, and she doesn't use credit cards, but she has gotten several calls from this number.  How do I get them to stop calling her?

Debt Reduction was listed on the caller ID but as usual no one to talk to. I hate this crap.

A cold call to me from Kucinich push-pull phone call. Rung me up asking for a vote to impeach Bush, to press #1 on the telephone. The robot voice then, said Kucinich was running for re-election and asked for support. PHONE NUMBER: 206-629-8623 RES CENTER ON 07/24/2008 about 05:45 PM PST.

I got the same bu***hit call from that piece of human waste Dennis Kucinich.  I listened to the message and laughed.  I then called the number back and got some confused sounding chick saying that somebody had tapped into their phone lines and that they had gotten a number of calls about this automated message.  I laughed and said OK, then hung up.  

The way I see it, either Kucinich is breaking the law and 'tapping into someones phone lines' as the wonder brained chick put it, or he hires a company that won't stand by their automated calls and tell it like it is.  Either way I'd love to plant my knuckles across his chin.

What a big surprise that a Debt Reduction company that violates the Do Not Call Registry would lets its number be used to solicit support for that slimy, brain dead Congressmen Dennis Kucinich in soliciting support for his Congressional Campaign and Impeach the President attempt.

Long delay on picking up, during which we hung up.

I got the same call claiming to be from Kucinich. I called the number back and the voicemail said they were busy on other calls but I could type my number in to be removed from their list. I did, I hope that wasn't a mistake and it put me on a bunch of other lists.

Got two record message claiming to be from Kucinich.
Now I really like him and share his beliefs, but this pisses me off, I can't get off this calling line.

I'm on the do not call list.
I've written to Dennis Kucinich to ask him what is going on.
And filled a complaint at the donotcall.gov website.

i am on the do not call list and pay off my credit cards every month.  they are violating my rights to privacy from harassing phone calls.

We are continually receiving the calls regarding interest reduction on our credit cards.   We, too are on the no-call list and we have no interest on our credit cards because we pay them up every month.  We have reached real people from time to time and when we do and ask them to stop calling, they hang up!  I don't see anywhere here where anyone has found a way to stop these calls.  Does anyone know?   It is getting very irritating.

Just received a phone call from this number in regards to lowering my interest rates on credit cards.  THey could not provide further information as to which credit card it was, and the recording assured there was nothing wrong with my credit card.  However, they offered to press one to lower the rate.  So me - being the fool that I am, pressed one to see what would happen.  A woman named Tonya answered and said "Hi, my name is Tonya, did you press one to lower your interest rate?"  I said no, and she replied "THen what are you pressing one for?"  I then asked, "How did you get my number?"  She then said, "don't be pressing one to ask me that" and then hung up.  Bogus.

An aggressive debt consolidation/credit repair company which will play a pre-recorded message if you pick up.  I stayed on the line to discuss the fact mine is a registered "do not call" listing, and I was forwarded to an extension so I could key in my telephone number.  Don't fall for the ploy: your doing so verifies yours as a working number and another company or scammer WILL call you.  Fortunately, I have a cable telephone service and can opt to screen or block this caller from future calls.  My cable service also keeps a log of such callers, so I can input the offending number later.

I received the same thing: caller ID was "Debt Reduction" but the message said it was Dennis Kucinich and to press 1 for more information.  I didn't press 1 so I don't know if it was a real solicitation, but I strongly suspect it was really a way for some slimey b*****d to get ahold of a gullible person's money.

Recorded message from Congressman Dennis Kucinich saying to press 1 if I wanted to impeach Bush,  "for lying in order to take us to war with Iraq."   It said my name would be added to an online petition. But the Caller ID said "Debt Reduction."  Maybe it meant National Debt reduction? The mis-match between the caller's stated name and Caller ID  is suspicious. It also said to check kucinich.us online for more information.  Haven't done that yet.

Caller ID: saying Debt Reduction.   Message from Dennis Kucinich ....same as the above callers.  The caller ID did not match the name of caller so I became suspicious of the Robot like Call.

Got  a call from this number, with the same message. Recieved a call from the same number a few hours ago, so I called Kucinich's offices, and they reported that this is NOT from their offices, and they do not know the source of these calls.

More than likely that it is someone from the other side trying to irritate people into labelling Kucinich and the impeachment process as "annoying."

The "press 1" option doesn't seem to work, either.

Just got a call from them but let it roll over to voicemail.  Caller ID says DEBT REDUCTION.  Got a call earlier from someone doing a survey.  The caller disqualified me as soon as I said I wasn't in the $35-85K income bracket.  I'm higher than than, but I wonder if she thought my income was lower and turned my number over to some debt reduction bureau.

Received call from 1-206-629-8623 telling me it was a congressman and to push 1 if I wanted to sign the petition to impeach President Bush. No option if I didn't want to impeach.

Received call from DEBT REDUCTION - 209-629-8623. The phone nmmber originates from Modesto CA.  The message was regarding impeachment BY DUMBO KUCINICH.  I attempted to stop the call but their phone system is as phony as KUCINICH.  Will report to FCC.

Did not pick up phone, but listened to voice mail left: Kucinich re-election, impeach Bush, blah, blah, Press 1, etc. The voice sounded like the little elf himself.

Got a call from this number on my land line at 7:09 PM July 24th- wasn't home, but I am sick of these type of calls.  Plan on reporting to do not call.

Caller ID said debt reduction, but the message was for impeaching Bush from Dennis Kucinich's Re-elrction campaign. I'm in California!

Had something to do with John MCcain. Just erased the message without really listening to it.

ID caller says "RES CENTER" it was a scratchy message about press one for something to do with the senate....????  LOSERS.
