Some guy with a Company TLI calling about "auto renewal clause" on our phone system.  This is a scammer; ignor the caller.  If they can't identify your phone system type and model, they don't know anything about you.

Got a voicemail asking that I call back someone named Michael K********* at this number.  He was calling from a company called TLI about the "auto renewal clause" on our phone system.  I did not return the call.

He is now with a company called Continuance (spelling?).  Same message but the reference is to my SmartNet renewals.

They are a third party maintenance company not authorized to resell SmartNet for Cisco gear. They sell their own version. Customers are on their own if they need Cisco's help.

I called this guy back and he was able to save me money on my maintenance contract.  Gave me excellent references including Healthsouth, Levi Strauss.  I now have exceptional service.

Recieved call from "Micheal with Continuant regarding the renewal of your SmartNet contract." Cold call technique.

Same as above:  caller is Micheal Klowski and he needs to talk about the auto-renewal clause in our telephone system maintenance contract.  Return his call at the number listed.  ...  This stuff must fool a lot of people...

A guy calls and says I am Michael Klowski and your support auto renews for your phone system. I knew this was scam as we had a new phone system put in a year and a half ago and I know we don't have outside support.  What a racket and I will probably report him to the MN Attorney General's office as I am the telecom person for our state Agency.

Same as everyone else - tells you he's calling about the auto-renewal on your phone system maintenance, leaves (206) 664-9123 as call back number.  Caller ID comes up as Unknown Caller.

Reverse lookup says:

(206) 664-9123 is a land line based in Seattle, WA
The registered service provider is Teleport Communications**.

I also received this call, with the identical message. "Michael Klowski from TLI", "calling about the auto-renewal clause"... etc. Left phone number 206-664-9123. This is the second one of these I received in the last month.

Also received a message which said:

"Hi, this is Michael Klowski from TLI. I'm calling about the auto-renewal clause in the maintenance contract for your phone system. Call me back at 206-664-9123."

He leaves a message acting like it is from you phone system vendor and that he needs to talk about your "auto renewal for maintenance and support"... Just another unethical deceiving sales tactic.
