It might a phishing scam if they are telling you that you filled out some job form and ask you for personal information. It could also be a crank call, one of the sites with prerecorded harrassment calls that the pervert can listen to your response later. Hang up immediately. They are likely spoofing the number, it is not the real one they are calling from. Still legal. Write your Congressional representative and complain about it.

I just got a call from this number. i answered it, but no one said anything. it sounds like it was recording at the other end.

I just got a call from this number @ 4:05pm PST. I was on the phone and it went to Voice Mail... after about 10 seconds of silence, male voice says "Hello?" After another silent pause of about 10 seconds he starts to say something like "I'm going to ask you a few questions to verify your skills for job placement." Sounds like a phishing scam to me.

Don't they have anything better to do than waste people's time and money??... Guess if you have a job like this - honesty, integrity and just plain good human values doesn't exist in their souls!

I just received a call from this number (12pm PST). I picked up, they hung up. No message.
I've been receiving a number of calls like this the past few days, but from different numbers. Probably some stupid awful company got a hold of my number somehow and this is one of many scams that bought it.

Got a call just a few minutes ago from this number. The guy insisted that I had filled a online job search request (which I know I didn't!). I told him I was not looking for a job and said it was not a good time for me to talk and hung up! After that I was curious and 'googled' the number and found this site.

Received a call today at 11:50 AM PST. No answer on the other end. At least I didn't get a rude guy.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer, no voicemail left. Based on the experiences of other callers, I should probably be glad I didn't answer.

I have T-Mobile.  This rude guy starts off with a aggressive non stop  job placement speech. When  I asked him  to be taken off the phone list, I was ignored me and he continued to talk. I again asked to take my numbers off their list and the guy continued to interrupt me. When I asked for his name and corporation, he hung up on me with no response.Very rude.

They call about a "recent survey i participated in." in other words, a lie.

I got two calls from this number. One on both lines on my T-Mobile acct. When they started their job placement speech I asked politely to be taken off their lists. He ignored me and continued to talk. I said again to take both my numbers off their list and the guy continued to interrupt me and I then said "I know its ur job but you need to stop and take my numbers off your list. Legally you have to." And the guy Jung up on me with no response.

WN Positions, a career placement agency per the voicemail when you call them.  The person who called me hung up after I said hello twice.
