Carol, all that info is the name of the hosting company, not the company calling everyone.

Maybe their tech people or GoDaddy will take their site down if enough of us start bugging them.  I know that is wishful thinking but you can see they are hiding behind others.  No guts.

I'm not sure why we would be getting calls, even if the information was from our lender. We have only been in our house 2 years and have never missed a mortgage payment on any house we've lived in. So irritating!

Just another forclosure ambulance chaser. They dont get your number from you visiting a website as moomy74. States. They have your number because the trustee for your lender has filed a pre-forclosure with the county that you reside in. Real estate agents, private parties and so on search these listings looking to either buy your house or do a short sale.  I know, im in pre-forclosure and thats the way it works. The trustee for chase ( as in my case) and other lenders include your home phone number in their filing docs. Lovely them. I have atleast 10 of these calls daily. They also knock on my door. Unbelievable. It pisses me off to no end. If i dont answer they leave personal notes that as another said seems as thou they are my best friend and have known me for years.
Good luck to all in saving your home. And dont pay an ottarney a dime there is nothing they can do.

Don't know who this call is from ... but claims I submitted a property to their website (which I didn't ... at least not directly ... they probably pulled my direct dial phone from CL) ... the automated recording stated that they are the "largest buyer of homes nationwide ..." ... definitly telemarketing call.

Some property company trying to buy my home. We do not fall into any of the criteria - we are not behind and our property worth is fine. When i called the number back I got a recording and then a beep to leave info for a cal back. I pointedly told them I had no idea why they would be calling my home and I had better not receive another one. I'm seriously thinking of going non-pup with my phone #. These darn nuisance calls are getting out of control.

Had a call from deep voiced guy who asked if I were selling a house in {my current city}.  I said "No" and he hung up.  No other identification provided or names.

If you live in Florida then you want to contact KEL attorneys in Orlando.  This is a "big boy" organization that has a true specialty in defending their clients -- not just making plea bargain settlements at YOUR expense.  I have seen them do what I'm saying and they are THE attorney firm that you want.  The only thing I warn you about is to keep a log of any and all calls you make, or get, from them and stay in touch with the attorney ASSIGNED to your case (they are so big that sometimes things get a bit "off point" as another of their departments mayTell automatically start an action believing that the attorney has moved past the level that he normally works at).  They are also based in other states to perform foreclosure defenses so, if you're not in Florida, still call their toll free number and ask for someone that performs "intake of clients".  Also, their cost is extremely fair and they take installments, if necessary.

I have received several of these calls over the last month.  I believe this is because I researched online several companies that buy distressed property.  I have a house that I am trying to keep out of foreclosure and probably ended up on this company's website at some point.

Answered and no one talked to me.
