They called me saying they were calling in regards to my computer. I asked them what they were calling in regards to with my computer. They said it had been effected with a malicious virus which I clearly knew wasn't true as I'm in IT. So I said "no it's not." And it sounded as though there were 2 people on there side speaking. He began making kissing noises at me and yelling something inaudiable and I hung up.

Its a scam anyway! The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

Got a call from this number and they asked about my Windows computer. When I told Sam, the "tech support" person that I did not have a Windows computer, he said "bi***". I asked him who he was talking to, and then he said that he was in love with my daughter (who is 11 and answered the phone) and that he was going to marry her.  I asked to speak to a manager, and got someone who said he was Alex Watson. I asked him to spell the name of his company and he said "Shubhim Pex". I then reported the conduct of Sam to Alex, who apologized. Then Sam got back on the phone and started an abusive tirade against me.  I'm not sure who these jokers are but they are clearly not legitimate.

Hi,
I just got a call from this number.  He said that I had problems with my Windows and viruses and to go to my computer to let him tell me what to do.  I knew instantly this was not right.  Glad you got rid of what he told you to do with your computer.

This aAraibian guy clainming he was from Microsoft, called me saying that my computer was infected with a virus that sends virus ridden E-mails without you knowing. He talked over me, yelled, and refused to give me any information. He also requested my computer ID, which crossed the line. DO NOT answer This Call! It's a waste of time, and your computer will most likely get hacked.

I just got the same call.  Said "Gifford Russell" with the same phone number.  He sounded Indian...tried to get my husband to go to his computer and when he said he couldn't do it right now....the guy got agitated and said "WELL WHY NOT...your computer is going to crash if you don't do this"!
We asked him which computer as we have several in this house and he said all of them.  He gave us a license number to try to find the computer he's calling about...then wouldn't give his phone number.  Said he'd call us back tomorrow to sit down....dot doing it!

The name that appears on caller ID is "Gifford, Russell." They say they are calling from Microsoft tech support and your computer is at risk. They have you download a program that allows them to remotely access your computer. Then try to sell you an anti-virus program. We were able to delete the program. I feel very stupid that I fell for this scam, but hope no one else will either.
