I just wish they weren't so aggressive with their cold calling. I?ve previously explained that I have no interest in moving my maintenance yet they continue to call incessantly. It?s one thing to cold call looking for business, it?s quite another to pester your prospective customer to the point of annoyance.

Agreed - this guy and all of Continuant or TLI is not a bad thing - sure, half the time it's "fishing" for a contract, but how do we all do business? - We go out and ask somebody if they're interested in this or that. Alex left me a voicemail, then when I called back I got to talk to Les Horne, one of their Account Execs, and they were able to save me about 24% on my Cisco contract - never had a problem with Cisco, but anything that cuts my operating expenses and does it legitimately and helpfully is a GOOD thing.

This guy is for real. He might have made a mistake in your case. But he saved my a lot on my phone maintenance. Try to call him back and check for yourself.

Alex from TLI: autorenewal contract for our phone system.
He/they called previously from other numbers about our SmartNet contract.
Being that there is not autorenewal on either, this is a phone phish.
Ignored.
