Fax machine. Now I'm putting that number on my Ooma blacklist.

I would like to sue these people for harassment. They called this morning at 4:57, woke up the whole household, and didn't leave a message. We spent two hours fretting about which relative had tried to call us in a panic because any one of several elderly aunts had died in the night... until I Googled the number.

Isn't this supposed to be illegal? Isn't this what the Do Not Call Registry is for? Is there any recourse?

I have received 10-15 calls in the last month or so.  It beeps, presumably because it is trying to send a fax to my non-fax landline.  I wish I knew who owned the number - my number is on the national Do-Not-Call registry and I would love to report them.  They called once after 9 pm when my kids were sleeping.  Argh.

Because of scum like this I unplug my fax machine.  I have RingMaster with ATT.  If my fax is not working, then ATT will save the Fax as a message on their servers.  Then I go to 800notes to see if fax is legitimate or not.  If not, I delete from messages and then BLACKLIST this caller.
This saves me paper and ink.  Works great.

This device BLOCKS 1500 numbers.   So much better than my Panasonic telephone which only blocked unsatisfactory 30 numbers. Best device I've found for blocking SPAMMERS, who I hate.

when this # can't bug me they use (206) 339-2530, or private caller. 13 calls in one month is just plan psychotic! when you can't speak to person your calling but slam them with calls, whomever is on the other end of these calls is just one sick puppy with nothing better to do.
