I checked the phone number online and found this page. Obviously they are scammers. They ask for Paypal info, or barring that a Paypal Money Request, and they reply a day or two later with a Fishing Email, that is to say they send out an email to you that appears as though it comes from Paypal.com. It says they have paid for the merchandise and to ship immediately. I suppose an unsuspecting person might get fooled by this and they go ahead and ship, or even log into Paypal using their fake site, and the person inadvertently gives over the complete details of their Paypal account, including their password. Following this the scammers likely clean out the account and disappear. - I am also assuming that they use a different IP by using free wireless services from Cafe's and so on. ALWAYS send these Paypal fishing emails to Paypal by forwarding them to the "spoof" email listed on Paypal. If it is a spoof, or fishing email you will get a reply immediately saying so. Always log into Paypal directly. Never log into Paypal or any other banking site on any free wireless network in public, or in the least be very careful and check you are not accidentally logged into a remote broadcast wireless signal. This is another way scammers attempt to get ahold of valuable details about your person, passwords, social networks etc, and then use them to commit online crimes in your name.

And above all stay off Criagslist, it's a cesspool of cybercrime
