Anyone calling you from an internal Group Health phone...you will see this number on your caller ID. It may be a courtesy reminder call of an appointment you or a family member has made, HR or a department manager responding to an application for a job, a family member who is hospitalized or receiving other care there, trying to reach you...or someone who knows you personally, who works at Group Health, calling you from their work phone.  Listen to your voicemail.

That is an ugly statement. There is no need for that kind of illogical comment.

Same, got 2 calls just now about a minute apart,, didn't answer,  ok,make it 3, they are calling even as i type this..

Just Grp. Health chking if I am still alive.  This is one of the benefits we get now.  It cuts back on fraudulent claims after the subscriber passes on.  they check weekly...lol

This number has called my work phone 3 times within the last 30 minutes. When I pick it up, it just beeps. I say hello and all I can hear is beeping (not like a fax machine screech).

Group health dermatology reminder - they are trying to confirm that you have an appointment.

It's Group Health.  In my case it was the dermatology department.  Many businesses (including city government offices) don't show a # on caller ID that you can call back.  This is to keep people from calling internal numbers and force them to call the public number.  No biggie.

It's Group Health.  I didn't pick up because they called my cell when I was in another part of the house and didn't hear it in time, but they called my land line right after that.  They only called because I was disconnected while being on hold.

I don't have voice mail but had a call from this number the day before my daughter's appointment (at Group) so pretty sure it was just a reminder call.

Got a call from this number, did not answer, it went to voicemail. The voicemail message was 4 minutes of recorded music, no person, no indication who was calling or why. Don't know any reason Group Health would be trying to contact me, since I am not a member, have never applied for a job there, etc.

All hospitals have rude nick names  Group Health has its as well as Harborzoo, $$wedish for swedish, Underwater for Overlake, Nevergreen for evergreen. My say is don't dis something you don't experience and can give a honest thought to.

I received a call from this number that turned out to be a friend of mine in the hospital.  Next time it rings, pick it up just in case it's important.

This may also be their collections department.  I am pretty sure I have a past due balance with Group Health... Obviously, I haven't given my real name for this post - but I can vouch for the veracity of my feedback.  :o)

This is stupid!  Why if when you call back, it says this is a non working number?  Then who the heck called?

I am getting calls from GH, but because it is for my husband appointments they simply hang up the phone. When I called back they said they can't talk to me. In our records we specifically said they should give me all info, but they didn't care - I guess.
Very rude, too!

This is a complimentary out message phone number for anyone who has tried to get in touch with Group Health via a job search for example, (having sent in a resume). If you call your voice mail, they leave a message in regards to any situation that might apply to you. If you don't have a voice mail, then disregard since the number does not answer or take messages.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone, called it back and like John above, it was a Group Health message indicating this is "not a working number."  I then sat down to type out this report and the phone rang (this time my home phone) showing the same number again.  I picked up and it was my wife, who has been hospitalized at GHC for the past few days, calling from her hospital room.  Apparently whatever phone she picks up (not the number I dial in on, which is a 425 prefix) utilizes this outgoing line.

Getting repeated calls from this number... when I pick up, it beeps as if it's a fax machine. When I redial, the message states that it's Group Health, but it's not an incoming line, and I'm unable to talk to anybody. I put in a call to Group Health, but the person with whom I spoke was unable to assist me in stopping it because there are 10,000 employess who might be trying to fax something to my cell phone. I guess I'll just hope that it quits.
