Just got called by Nathan Carr offering the $6,700 U.S. Grant. Was told to call Jacob Black at 202-697-9128 for my final payout. What a bunch of baloney.......

The number I was to call was 2026979128
The number that called me was (202) 020-2020
DC, USA.

They just called me and tried to do the same exact thing. A Mr. Black was who I was to call and give my grant id to. Then tried to tell me about the fee  because of government shut down. I told him I just looked this numb up and that I see it's a scam. He then hung up really quick.

I lost 1200 first they asked me 290 i gave them again
They asked me 450 i gave them and again 450 finally when they
Ask me 500 i gaveup. Please lets do something to protect other
People from them i am stupid why i did that stii its a question for me.

I got same phone call just now from a 211 number. You should of looked online first under scams. You would of found out all about Nigerian scammers and their bag of scam tricks. Sorry you lost all that money!

I just lost $290 dollars :( it was all i had in my bank and now im broke,i really thought it was true. Sounded so real!!

I got the call from Rex Williams just now - told me I need to go to western union and deposit $290 to receive 6700 - I read everyones comments and thank you!   The number I was to call was 206 792 9855

I was scam I knew something fishey about it I was told I was selected for being a good citizen not having a record so I was told that I was granted at first $6700 after I western union once a mount of $290 yes me happy to get money like yea no problem so I did this when I was talking to Rex Williams he told me my money will b in my account in 30mins if it don't get in my acct call Francis Lloyd when I call her she say to do the transfer I need to send $580 for transfer I ask her how IM paying that amount if the money free why IM paying to receive free money so I told her my brother is a lawyer and that I was told they are scammers and that my lawyer wants to speak with her she say no 3rd party but I can record the conversation they are crooks they need to be stop and they have my info IM scared but I made a police report IM so mad cus I really sent have that money to give they took money away from my kids IM so hurt never again

Everyone and anyone who has been contacted by these people, please READ- URGENT: Please file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), the more complaints they get from these people will rush the investigation process. Just pack up all the money in your pockets and send it via Western Union to N. Uther Luzer and I'll be sure and send you a boatload of cash because I have so much money I have to give it away to total strangers.

I received a call from SHANE MORRISON (222) 223-333 saying I was 1 of the 200 people that was lucky enough to be selected to get a grant of $6,700 from the government. He gave me a file number and told me to call WILLIAM HOBBS (202) 738-1027 in order to claim my money. When I called this William Hobbs guy, he told me to pay a ONE time tax fee of $300 through Western Union to NISSI N. COLEMAN and I would get that amount back with the $6,700, once the transaction was done I will receive the money in 30 mins. After almost 3 hrs, FRANCES FLOYED (206) 923-9577 claiming to be from the U.S. Federal Bank saying that she has the money all ready for me but the bank is giving her problems and is charging a tax of $800 but she was able to get it lowered for me to $480, send that and I will receive my money within 30 mins. Again, I naively fell for the scam. I sent the money. She called me back in the morning saying that there is insurance because there are news about online scamming so the bank is being very cautious, telling me I need to send another $500. Out of frustration, I confronted her about this being a scam; she has the audacity to ask, what was wrong with me? If this is the first time I've been approved for a grant? When I ask for the money that I paid back, she said I would get it back with the grant money. I told her I don't even want the grant anymore, just give me back what I paid, she then said she'll cancel everything it if I don't want the grant and I will not get my money back. I'd lost $840 in total and I needed that money to purchase a plane ticket to begin my new life. If you receive a call from anyone saying you've been qualified for a grant or that you owe the government money, DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

I just got a call frm 222 223 3333 and got the same story. Approval nmbr and called 206 923 9577. Wldnt give them info and accused her of scamming and francis floyd tld me to hold.the line then hung up on me. If ever in doubt google nmbr or call phone co snd adk them to google it.DO NOT GIVE UR BANK INFO!

im pressing charges to da fullest does anyone have information on Jacob Black and Francis Boyd! u need to go press charges against them the more people that come forward the more of a chance we have to stop them!

all the thing the people were saying happened to me these people need to be stopped before they scam more call the  media and call western union and moneygram to make a complaint and go file charges with the police department or consult a lawyer!

Yeh that same lady called me just today tellin me the same thing but what she was saying did not sound goid to me she said that i have to pay $320 western union for the taxes on the money in order to recive the $6,700 and her name was frances floyd she's the supervisor who 's gonna send you the money so pls dont get scamed cause she thought she was going to get me but i was too smart for her

This number just called me and said I was receiving $8,000.00 in federal grant money.  once in a lifetime offer and that I needed to take $210.00 cash to Western Union and then call her back.  She said when I called her back at ext 115 and asked for Shana, they would give me instructions and that the $210.00 would be returned to me when I received my cash.  I called her back and said I thought it was a scam and she said why would she spend all this time on the phone with me for a  scam.  Crazy people, couldn't even speak good English.

I just got this call from a foreign guy who said he is from the US Federal Grants Department. He told me about the $6,700 grant and that I was one of the few chosen to receive this grant and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. My eyes saw dollar signs but my mind was thinking differently; I looked up the phone# on the internet and found this site. Thank you so much for the warning. But just to put my mind at ease I called Francis Floyd and I gave her the Grant approval # that he gave me. She put me on hold for about 2 minutes then she said that I have an application that is approved but in order to get the application I need to pay 200 and something dollars. I told her she could take the money out of the $6,700 grant. She responded that I must sent the money in order to get the application for the grant. It was a bunch of bull crap scamming. Those people ought to be ashamed of themselves!! I wouldn't give them that kind of money even if I had that amount!!! What steps can we take to shut their scam down???

Yeah same thing here. 6700 was the grant amount. She didn't Kilroy when I challenges her. Just wants money. Total scam. and she had All my info. That part is a little scary.

I received a phone call just alittle over a half hour ago telling me that I had been chosen out of 200 people across the USA for a government grant in the amount of 6700 then he gave a woman's name Francis Floyd and a #206-923-9577 plus he gave me a confirmation #for the grant itself and I was told that I had to call this Francis woman and give her that # and then she would explain further the steps to getting this grant sent to me so I was almost falling for this scam and I gave them my address but nothing more then I hung up the phone with the man who had called me in the first place and I proceeded to make the next call to that Francis Floyd lady and when the line on the other end a andthet woman's voice who sounded like she was from another country she spoke broken English so her words ran together and there was alot of back ground noise I asked to speak to that Francis woman and by then the call was becoming very annoying so since I couldn't understand anything she was saying to me I waited to see if she was gonna respond but the phone call was dropped and I didn't call back thank God for that cause that whole thing was just dumb and a waste of time I can't believe I almost fell for itScams suck

I was just called and told the same thing from previous messages. They somehow knew all of my information. I went along with them but I did not give them any information about my bank account. I am now wondering if it was a big mistake to even stay on the line with them.

I received a phone call this morning and they said I was elected to re eive a free grant from the US Government because I have nit filed.bankruptcy and paid my bills on time.  These people need to be stopped with this garbage of scaming people out of their hard earned money.

Yeah i recevied a call from the same no.grant for 6700 $ and i been the chosen one thats what the lady said .Her name is Fransis Floyd the no 206-923-9577.But i asked them that the society we r living nowadays dont allow to have a few dollars how come i been awarded.Yes big scam Fraud  BE CARE FULL dont even carried away.Dont trust them or anybody who give you the Happy news of you winning or becoming a winner.

The address they gave me:200 independance ave South west Washington DC and this is the address of the Some garden .Yeah Green Garden People of Pakistan Bangla desh and India knew what Green Garden is.
