It's the Seattle Symphony trying to sell subscriptions. If you want to get off the list, you have to call back during business hours, you can't just call them back.
Here's the number to the ticket office.

If you want to email them to get off the list, you can email them here: tickets@seattlesymphony.org

They've called me twice. Once without leaving a voicemail, once hanging up after I picked up. I'm also waiting on a callback from a job application I submitted to Seattle Symphony. Does anyone know if this number also shows up when other departments call externally, i.e. the HR department?

After several missed calls, I called the number back, and it goes to Seattle Symphony security office. Apparently this number is what registers when "they" call you, but when you call back the call is routed to the security office.

Why don't you just say, "no thank you?" I know it can be annoying but why be rude?

It's the Seattle Symphony. It sounded like they were about to sell a subscription, but I cut them off before they got a chance.
