Obvious scam.  Steer clear.

This is a total scam. They tried to pull this same scam on us from the UK, Nigeria, Taiwan and now Washing State. Their use of the english language is a give-away. All they want is for you to pay the shipping charges from a bogges shipping company that only accepts Western Union Money Transfers.

wants to order something he knows nothing about to be shipped to Europe and wants me to pay for the shipping after the credit card clears. Contacted by email. Address given in PA, phone number in WA, email from CA yahoo. com, shipping company no address but gmail.com. When he called to give card info he has a foreign accent

We got a call from this guy who uses this number as a contact number although the company name, location and etc don't seem to make sense.

I have more details now if it can help any one else. I took out one digit of the card number incase it is some poor soles card that got stolen. The 512-290-3080 number is good and Richard Morrison answered the phone, It is kind of funny that one cal he can't speak english at al and then the next he speak clearly.

Just got a completely phony sounding email with this number in it asking that they want to order something we don't sell.

Fraud- Wants to purchase things, you to pay freight from credit card he gives you.  Card (stolen) will go through, you pay shipping out of it.  When owner of card finds big charge on his card that is not his, card company deducts it from your account.  Now you are minus the whole amount you charged to the card plus what you paid the shipping.  You will be contacted by email, internet email, with an address sounding good, until you check it out, phone# in WA, address bogus,  by someone wanting to buy something he knows nothing about, big quantity, doesn't ask for discount.
