this boy keeps calling and they dont answer and when i try to call back it says my call cannot be completed!!! JEEEEEEEEEEEZ.

I assume it's a phone solicitor of some type, since they never leave a message.  But I'm on the state and federal Do Not Call lists.  Would love to find out who this is.

Some guy named Michael Chong just called from this number, from "medical office in New York", no less.  His accent was so thick, I almost couldn't understand what he was trying to hock.  He expected me to volunteer personal information so he could send me a new "Medical Number", which "all seniors should have".  I couldn't make the moron understand that it'll be thirty years before I qualify for anything senior.  Finally, I pointed out that I'm on the Federal DoNot Call list. He promptly hung up.

Recieved a call from this number at 7:31pm CT time. Sounded like static or a person hanging up promptly after I answered. When I called the number back it  could not be completed.

They keep calling, but never leave a message.  (I don't answer calls with unfamiliar numbers.)

My 91 year old mother continually gets calls from this number.  They claim to have something to do with her health insurance.  She has difficulty understanding what they are saying because of their accent.  When my brother or sister answer, the caller hangs up.  Yesterday, my mother refused to give the man personal information and he started YELLING at her.  She was very upset to say the least. I tried to report this to the phone company who referred me to fraud.org, but I couldn't find a way to report it there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Have received 6 calls from them in 2 days at all hours, even at 10PM.  Person on other end instantly hangs up.

i recieved a call from this number today around 12 pm, no answer.

I got a call, but did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail. Weird!!!

Received a couple of calls from this number on my cell phone - didn't answer the phone since I was at work - never left any messages - reverse look-up on the number doesn't work since I keep getting the message that there is no results.

Seems like this is nation-wide.  I'm from California.  Same thing.  Twice today.  Seems like almost every day.

Can't be a real number as no 7-digit number can start with a 0.

This is not a Maine number.  Most caller ID boxes only display US numbers which are 10 digits.  The number is 11 digits and starts with 0.  020 7 is a new calling service in London.

US prefixes never start with 0 since that would dial the operator so 043-3453 is not a valid number in any area code within the US...

My guess is this crap is only going to increase with VOIP and call redirecting.  Isn't technology grand?

I get calls from this number at least 2 to 4 times a day as early as 6:30am until as late as 10pm. I have been getting them for at least 2 months. I don't answer unfamiliar numbers and they never leave a message. How do I get them to stop?

Have been receiving calls from this number for three days now. All different hours, including at 6:55 a.m. I answered once, it was dead air. If I can figure ut who its, I will post it here so we can all file a complaint. 043 is not a valid prefix in any area code, so I am sure it is an illegal operation with a dummy claler id#.....

I received about 10 calls from this number.1-207-043-3453. I answered it 1 time and they asked for a person I did not know and told them it was the wrong number. all the other times I answered, there was noone there. I called the number from my home phone and a recording told me I had mis dialed my account code....please redial correct code followed by the pound sign...?? anyone else??

Don't know when it was these calls started coming but it's probably been well over a month.  At least one or two calls nearly every single day, usually in the evening.  Never anyone on the other end and I've tried calling the number back but get a "busy" tone upon dialing.  It is quite irritating, and unnerving, as for all I know, someone is trying to see when I am home and when I am not.

A male caller, Indian accent as he describes, calls my wife several times a week.  If she does not answer he leaves no message.  When she does answer he ask for "Molisha".  Each time he claims she gave him this number and each time my wife explains that she knows no one of this name and has had this number for years.  The caller always states he will remove our number from his file.  Today my wife heard a beeping in the background thus causing us to suspect that he works with an 800 agency, maybe a telemarketer.  We are reporting him to the do not call registry.  Although it does no good to report these people unless they are on the AT & T network.  Other phone companies will not release phone information to law enforcement without a subpoena.  WE also, when calling this number get a disconnected number recording.  I believe it is his own recording because it answers almost instantly.

This call came on my cell phone a few minutes ago.  I did not answer as I didn't recognize the number.  No voice mail was left.  This is the 8th time in the last 3 days this number has called my cell.  I wish they would stop calling!

I have been getting these calls at least twice a day at odd times for the last two months. I finally talked to a person who said he was a colletion agency trying to collect on a debt. He said I owed on a debt I know no longer exists. He hung up...I still get the dead air calls from the same number. I hope someone can figure this out so it will stop.

Ok so I too got this phone call and my caller id says "Maine  207-043-3453"

I was curious about on line pharmacutical companys last week and by mistake entered my real phone number.  Curious to know if in fact it is as easy as the news has made it out to be for children to order dugs on line.  I found alot of these companies are sleeze and am wondering if they had grabbed my number even though I did not go through the entire "sign-up" Process.  But who nows if this is related I just hate these invassive calls after 9:oopm.

Received a call about 10 minutes ago from 207-043-3453.  Caller sounded like a man with a very pronounced Indian accent.  He did not identify himself or what his business was.  He asked for Rachel (my daughter).  When I asked him to explain what the call was about, he refused to tell me, stating that Rachel was an adult.  So I explained to him that she was my daughter and did not really need to speak with him, then I terminated the call.

This is the second call I have received from this person in the last month.

They call 2 to 3 times a day. No one is ever on the other end and calling back always ends up in a band phone number recording after 207-043 is put in.

I have recieved several phone calls over the past 3 weeks.  I picked up once, they spoke very poor english and could not be understood very well.  The last was a 18:00 hrs today

Keep getting calls. Never answer.  Number is in Maine but does not seem to show up when searching the number

I've been getting calls every week from this number and I've suspected that it was from the go phone I bought. Everytime I answer it they get paid. Don't know if it is true or not; but like the rest of you; every time I answer it there is no one on the other end.

I received two calls from this number each claiming to be a different company saying that I owed them money and wanted me to pay it over the phone. I didnt have accounts from the companys. The people could barely speak english. This is some kind of fraud.

received a call from this number @5:58pm on Tuesday August 7. Not the first call from it. Got the machine and promptly hung up.
