I have been scammed by them .. I paid them $1295 upfront and was told that they could not process my documents until I paid.  I filled out the paperwork sent it to them and they did however turn it over to the bank .. but without success - I got denied for the modification .. when I tried contacting them by email they do not respond.  When I call their phone number it tells me I am first in line and then when it finally gets through a recording tells me that the person I am dialing is not available and says please leave a message - oh but wait I cannot leave a message b/c the mailbox is full.  They told me I would get my money back if I got denied the modification ... guess there is no way for me to get in touch with them.  I spoke with an attorney today and mentioned Priority Mortgage Solutions and he told me that the owner of this company is in jail.  Apparently he had a few companies doing the same thing and they were all bogus.
Unlucky me!

I tried to do a loan modification with Priority Mortgage Solutions starting in mid-October 2011.  Should have done my homework like others have posted on here.  Didn't know the company had so many names???  Patriot Mortgage, United Home Solutions, Priority Mortgage... etc.  Spoke with Eric Phillips to start the loan modification process but before the paper work would be sent I had to send $500.00 up front for loan modification packet.  He stated I qualified for a great rate, combine 1st and 2nd mortgage, would be able to skip a mortgage payment, and the loan modifcation fees would be "tax deductable".  The tax deduction would have been nice IF it would have been TRUE!  Anyway, I filled out the paperwork and all the documents.  Sent a complete package back to Priority Mortgage with agreement they would pursue my loan modification request with my lender.  The agreement was signed on October 28, 2011.  In November and December I was asked to send additional follow up documents.  As of today, January 18, 2012 it was never submitted according to my mortgage company.  These are also the numbers I used:  General/Customer Service:1(888) 631-8828
Fax number: (866) 221-5691

Almost fell for this as well. Priority Mortgage called with the same line they give everyone else. I felt like something was not right so I took my time getting the money for them. Now I read this and I am thanking God.  The man calling me was Eric Phillips. As it would turn out he is a real dou$!ebag. So happy I didn't lose money.  Would have been more devestating for my family then the mess we are in right now. Phone number they used was 888 631 8828.

ONE THING TO REMEMBER IF THEY CALL YOU SOLICITING YOUR BUSINESS IT IS 10 TIMES MORE LIKELY A FRAUD CALL.  IF YOU WERE TO SEEK THE BUSINESS OUT ITS MORE LIKELY YOUR GOING TO FIND A GOOD COMPANY.  NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT CALLS YOU OVER THE PHONE MAKING PROMISES FOR MONEY.  BAD IDEA EVERYTIME!

I have some interesting news for you and your unfortunate neighbor.  I found a document online from the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Department of Business Regulation Division of Banking 1511 Pontiac Avenue, Building 69-2, Cranston, RI 02920 (401) 462-9503.  In the matter of Priority Mortgage Solutions, Inc. Order Revoking License WITHOUT HEARING UNDER R.I. GEN. LAWS ~19-14-14.  On or about January 27, 2010, The State Chief Bank Examiner of the Division of Banking revoked their license to do business in the state because they didn't maintain a bond according to the law.  WHAT YOU WILL FIND INTERESTING IS THE OWNER'S NAME AND INFO THAT I THOUGHT MIGHT BE USEFUL TO YOUR FRIEND IF SHE WANTED TO SUE THEM PERSONALLY FOR FRAUD OR HAVE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN HER STATE GO AFTER THESE ALLEGED CROOKS ON HER BEHALF.

You can find this document for yourself online as a pdf.  Here is the info I found you might want...

I, also, received a call from Priority Mortgage Solutions (Org.), they are very pushy and willing to reduce the fee. I challenge them about if it is a legitimate company, they told me they are in this biz for 9-10 years, I googled the address, came back nothing. the form was not in company letter head. I asked if the company existed for so long, how come the forms does not have company letterhead and guarantee letter did not have signature. they told me they will fix it and resend to me. I have my suspicion#1,they right away would reduce the fee, suspicion #2. when I called back, the background was very noisy with women's giggling, also, the phone system is very weird.  definitely it is not a professional office.

I am very happy that I may have lost time, not money. thank you guys to inform me on time.

I got a call about doing a loan modification. submitted requested information and was approved. I was told there would be a charge upfront which seemed ok. I told the rep I won't have the money right now. she said ok. I was approved quickly with a dream rate and they wanted money upfront to start the process. Being leary I did some research about this type of loan which is real, but could not find any information on the company until now. I have worked in customer service for over 17 years and their customer service skills alone is a big give a way. Thank you again everyone for saving me from losing money.

One correction I need to make***** According to the BBB "  All modification services must be fully completed before any money can be collected ".  So there Can be a fee for the service but  No one should ask for a Fee UPFRONT before the modification is completed!   I hope that these post help someone because if you r anything like me I work really hard for my money.  I am angry that some people do not have a heart and will take advantage of a situation.

I really hate that innocent people are getting scamed!! My neighbor told me abt a company that could do a loan modification for her at 3% interest rate for the life of the loan but charged her $895-$1000. She was so excited. And of course she sent the money afterwards they told her it has to go through underwriting. I was skeptical and did a little research and The company Patriot Mortgage Solutions is going under a different name. They are now called Priority Mortgage Solutions and they say they r located in Costa Mesa, Ca. I could'nt find anything on the busn so I asked them for a website. They placed me on hold for a min then a lady came back asked me if I filled out an application? I told her no and that I was holding for Holley Bell I was placed on hold again then a male got on the line and asked me if I had paid my fee. I told him no I haven't discussed a fee with anyone, then female Ms Holley Bell go on the line, I told her that I was still waiting on an email that she had promised to send abt the company. Conviently she read off the WRONG email address which I had given her twice a couple days before. She told me she would send the info. I recv the info alright!!!!! It was an application and a form giving N.L. Servicing permission to spk on my behalf.  the website is www.prioritymortgagesolutions.org. On the website it tells nothing about the busn, how long they have been in busn or an address. I googled their tele number(1888-880-4078) and it comes back to Patriot Mortg Solutions. According to the BBB as of 10/16/2011 they have a score of  an "F" and is no longer in busn.  Please people, Please know that it is against the law to ask for money/fee for doing a loan modification!!!!!!  They will tell you it is a processing fee... but you will never see your money again

I didn't receive calls from this number but in fact I am ashamed and embarassed to say I worked there.  Never have I hated a job as much as I hated that one.  No consideration for their employees, ha and you had better used the restroom before hand cus every minute not connected to the dialer is money lost for you.  I didn't like what this company was doing, it starts to become harassment when it's non stop calling after you've told them to stop.  I didn't want to harass people for my job and with the work experience and qualifications I have possess I was over qualified.  It seemed like they hired anyone off the street: high schoolers, people who were living in half-way houses, and even people who didn't possess office or typing skills.  After only working there for about 2 weeks I quit.  The day I did was a very good day.

At the time I was at this company they called themselves United Financial Solutions.  Right off the bat I could tell that something was off about that place.  The company name we gave the customers was not United Financial, but the name we gave sounded fake and unprofessional. There wasn't a number I could give the customer to call us back and a few customers told me their caller id located us in places like Ohio, we were located in Irvine, Ca.  I gave the address to a customer and I got in trouble for it, ha that's a big red flag, there was no website that I could refer them to.  No customer is going to be interested if you can't give them any information. When you ask the rep to put you on their "do-not-call"list, they will tell you they will but they won't because there isn't one, another rep will probly call you 10min later. I didn't support what the company did so I never pushed the customers to get more info once they already said no. I didn't sell to the customers, I just screened the calls before transferring them to the sales reps. For those of you who got scammed by this place, I am so sorry for what I'm sure is now an even bigger financial mess that this vindictive company caused you.

I posted a reply to disgruntled employees post - please read it. This company scammed us and thousands of others in numerous states, out of our money. They are going out of business and our chances of recovering our money is slim to none. Please read my response to disgruntled employee. I've read other peoples complaints in other states and some were scammed out of as much as $1500. We've tried for months to get a refund, but to no avail. The only other avenue is this Mike Mardesco said to email customerservice@ufs.com and request a refund. I have emailed Tammy Vasquez until my fingers were bloody but she does not respond, so I doubt anyone will respond at the customer service email address either. I sent one just the same. Good luck to you. If you google United Financial Solutions you will find complaints lodged at the BBB in numerous states. Mind boggling. Again, good luck to you.

FYI - My husband just called Mike Mardesco's cell phone number and he answered. He claims he is not the owner, but was a manager and "ran the place". He said he was laid off six weeks ago because the company is going out of business. I doubt that a "manager" would be driving the expensive vehicles you have listed. I'm sure he was the owner, what is he going to say knowing that he is speaking to someone he has scammed? We tried calling his office phone and got the customary "music on hold" telling me" my estimated wait time was 40 seconds, please hold for the next available representative". After 40 seconds the voice said "Goodbye". Bottom line: we were scammed and we will never see our money again. If the company is going out of business, all they have to do is file bankruptcy and call it a day. I have researched these companies; United Financial Solutions, Patriot etc. and they have complaints lodged with the BBB in a multitude of states. Our attorney will try his best to recover our money for us, but I do not hold out much hope and neither should you. BBB told me that if anyone ever requires money up front for services, it's most likely a scam. Guess they're right.

Okay - not sure what else to do - but these jerks are calling 5-6-7 times a day.  I have opted out, I've tried calling them back, I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, nothing seems to help.  When I call back they disconnect, if I press 1 to speak with a 'financial advisor' I'm also disconnected - WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET THEM TO STOP?  I believe this is total harassment

I receive 3-4 calls a week from the above number (Gov Loan Help).  When I call the number back, I am asked if I want to Opt-Out on their call list.  I do so each time I receive their call, beginning about 4 weeks ago, but they continue calling.  How do I stop these annoying calls?
