this person keeps harrassing me and txting dirty comments to me

I got a call from 207 213 1043 several times, and called it to see who keeps calling. The message that person is not available at this time.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Same recorded message on both websites.  Report them to you Attorney General to stop them.

I SEE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS JACK A**. I AM GOING TO SHUT OFF MY ANSWERING MACHINE, AND LET THE PHONE RING AND RING AND RING, OR SHUT THE RINGER OFF. THE JERKS MAY STOP CALLING IF WE IGNORE THE CALLS. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR CALLER ID'S AND JUST LET IT RING. EVIDENTLY HARASSING PHONE CALLS ARE ALLOWED SINCE MANY PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FCC, AND STATE POLICE. WHY DOESN'T THE FCC AND STATE POLICE DO THEIR JOBS, AND HAVE THE DAMN NUMBER TRACED, AND THE CULPRITS PROSECUTED.

I get a call from here almost every day.  They don't leave a message they just hang up.  I'm sick of these calls.

I got a call from them Sept. 8, 2012.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I don't have a cell phone because reception in this part of the us is spotty at best.  Probably a good thing because I can block calls on my Panasonic land line phone easily.  I am getting a long list!

Here is place to file complaint per DCS Colorado. I finally called Dash Carrier Services in Denver. Guy named Justin told me to go to this site to file a complaint, and they have a process to deal with it. The site is www.bandwidth.com. It seems the company using the Dash Carrier Services name in Maine is not playing by the rules. Once you are on the bandwidth site, go to tools, legal, and under acceptable use policy there is "report potential AUP violations". Hope this helps.

Received a call 9/7/12 at 12:20pm. No one on the other line

Got nowhere trying to find number for Dash Carrier Services, here is number for Choice One. 207-854-0420.  Since Dash Carrier Services is reselling their product, and supposedly Choice One can't do anything to stop em, I am going to call Choice One multiple times when I get a call from 207-213-1043.

Just called Choice One Communications, entered 207-213-1043 as if it were my account, and got customer rep.  Told him my problem, and he told me the company that belongs to this number is a reseller of Choice One Communications.  The company is Dash Carrier Services.  If I get nowhere with them I am going to call Choice One five times for every call I get from Dash.  Am filing complaint with AG now.  Here is Choice One Communications ifno.  https://plus.google.com/117421910910892312330/about?gl=us&hl=en

These bozos call every day, no message, and when I call em back it says phone not taking incoming calls.  207-213-1043 is the number.  Am going to file complaint with AG, and the Do Not Call folks.  Sadly, after signing up for Do Not Call, I am getting more junk calls than before.

they keep calling - if you answer there is a recording talking to you - if you try to call back there is a recording that says not available or mailbox full, no matter how many times they call, you answer or you call them - you get the same results. i believe it is CHOICE ONE COMMUNICATION / EARTHLINK -- BUT

Calls us all the time now as well. I've never answered it cuz i figure it's just like the 50 other telemarketers we get calls from. Pops up as Augusta.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Their address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052.

if you simply answer the phone to this number, the caller gets a credit from the telemarketing place  they work... regardless if you speak or not... so it's simple, just don't answer the phone to this number.They have your and many other peoples number on speed dial, they don't intend to talk,  with whomever answers the phone....it"s a telemarketing gimmick. If they do talk, I fix their butt but good...loI.... ask then if they believe in Jesus, and no matter their response, I say lets pray, and I start to recite the Lords Prayer, and they quickly hang up.  lol. I know they are a pain in the butt, but you have to tie up their line, by gabbing back. and consequently they lose TIME.... have a good day!!!

207 213-1043.  Unknown caller - no response when I answered the phone.  It called at 8:53pm.  We are on the do not call list, apparently that is not working very well.  This page came up when I did a search for the number.  Looks like we are just a few of those being annoyed by calls like this.

Every night at 8:45....no one is there and we have no option to find the owner of the number and request our number be taken off the list.  Seriously sick of it!

Has anyone thought about cell companies using someone just to call people to eat-up cell peoples mins and paying them to do so.? If this is not going on I recon I just gave them the Idea. # calling is 207-213-1043. wish I could prove this and sue someone.

Received call, but no message left. I called back, but mailbox was full. Very annoying to receive unwanted phone calls from this #. This has not been the first time. I plan to contact my local phone company to let them know of this problem from this (207) 213-1043.

the phone rang with this # I'm 10 years old and I ran down stairs to answer I fell down the stairs and got hurt only to answer the the phone with no one there WHY ??? are they calling it a waste of time they need to stop before someone else gets hurt

Calls several times each day and no message is left. My caller ID says these calls are from Augusta, Maine.

My answering machine says if I don't recognize your number I don't answer the phone.  I don't either.  After a awhile the calls usually stop.  It takes a while but they get it eventually.  The only ones that don't of course is the automated calls.  When I recognize the number calling, I pick up, or if I don't recognize the number but am expecting a call and I might not know the number I answer, otherwise, let it ring, ring, ring.  Good luck to all you disgusted people, I understand your peril.
