We've been getting these phone calls periodically since November, 2008.  It is a British number (11 44 code).  The number originates from Horseferry Rd, in Westminster, London, UK.  We've been called by several numbers ie 11 44 207 402 3864 and 207 481 8525.  The all come from the same place.  A map will show you that the location is just around the corner from The English Houses of Parliament!!!!!!  I think Tony Blair is cold calling for contributions to his retirement fund.  Fat chance.

I got a call from this number on 11/5/07 at about 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. Whitepages.com says that it's a land line in Portland Maine.
