are the company that bills for Visa and will get them to lower your rate but when you call your credit card company they don't know anything about them stating it is a SHAM!

Does anyone know how to get ahold of Debt Solutions aka DSI Financial, Accelerated Financial, or owners Kenneth Schwartz or Jennifer Ruth Whalen so we can harass them with phone calls relentlessly??  The more I ask to be removed, the more phone calls I get.  If you ask to speak with a supervisor, they hang up on you.  Can anyone help??

  - in your first 10 seconds of deomon-dailer recording, you loosly claim to be sorta related to "MY" credit card account. Does a legitamite company have to claim to be part of something they are not or fish for the details of the info they should have on hand if they are legit?

#2 you claim to be part of visa, mastercard or whatever.
 -why does visa, mastercard or xxx brand card, need you? im sure they are happy bringing in a higher interest rate then the "discount" you are offering.

"Jaime" is obviously illiterate or from another country where English is not his first language.  Anyone that can not write correctly certainly will never get my business for any product or service.  The fact that "Jaime" is not honest about his BBB affliation should be a major red flag that his business is built on lieing to people.  Why would anyone ever give money to someone who starts out lieing from the very first meeting?

Over the last few weeks these are the calls I've gotten from this EXTREMELY ANNOYING company.  If I answer it often drops.  Sometimes I wait for a live person.  They say they are from "Card Services" or "Credit Card Services" then I ask them to do me a HUGE favor because they call me ALL the time and I'm NEVER going to do business with them so let's not waste each other's time and PLEASE take me off your call list.  THe last lady told me she would, but if I get another call to instead of pushing "1" to talk to a live person, to push "2" to get off the list.  I still get calls and when I push "2" it drops.

I've reported them to the Do Not Call registry and the FCC last spring.  Back then the numbers were usually 310something or 44something ? ALL BOGUS numbers with an extra digit.  Obviously reporting it hasn't done a thing, but the more of us report the better the chances they?ll shut this business down.

IXE made it on the from page of the orlando sentinel about 3 weeks ago for being a scam. trust me as I am married to a foumer employee of this company (he quit when he realized he was a tool for making these jerks money)they are all money hungry bottom suckers!!!Look out for more because I know for a fact alot of the top people who know the busniess and are close whith Ivan and Jamie have started their own "companies" based out of orlando!

I'm Sorry everyone but it is not just licensed in the state to do business. Every employee is background checked thought the state department and the company picks up the tab. Jamie is right!
The company has to have a business License yes everyone knows that, but to go the lengths of having a Dept. of Agriculture  license its the only way they can stay open in the state of Florida.
And as far as the DNC list. Well I hate to break it to you all, but you have to continue every three years to put yourself on it and it takes 6-9 months to get on it.  

This program works and it is not a scam I have worked with a company like this for 2 years I have worked every facet and I have worked with the team that takes down the high APR rates we work hard for the client. Why let these Banks get the money YOUR MONEY. You are telling me that on a $5,000 you want to pay 32% or even 10% that?s crazy. In this day and age you need someone to help. Not everyone knows that they can call up your banks and lower it them selves or lower it to 10% with ok credit but a FA can they are trained in this for months.

if you get a phone call and you do not recognize the number on caller-id, then do not answer it and yell at the person on the phone....
people have to make a living and just because they call you on the phone and try to offer you help and you do not want it, please do not yell at them....there are several companies out there who make calls, i get the one all the time telling me my new car warranty is about to expire, i own a 12 yr old car, but i don't yell at the guy, i just hang up....so everyone needs to quit picking on this company, it is actually a good place to work and does a great service for alot of people.....

Call your credit card company to see what the charge (that IXE took)listed on your credit was for.  On my statement it said Dynamic Financial but the credit cxard company said that marriage counseling.  It is a scam and fraud. Cancel your credit card and call the Federal Trade Commission to report them.

Just another small-time scamming debt reduction service that has to deceptively and illegally call people on the do not call list to even try to get any business. They seemed to have now switched to using a call center in Costa Rica. Their company toll free number is 1-888-226-5185. When they call it is now a recorded message and they only give you the option to speak to a person if you press 1. Then you are sent to a voice mail box where you cannot leave a message and the menu just loops through the recording again with music. I decided not to hang up and left the phone alone for a couple hours and their message was still paying and looping back. So hopefully I gave the stupid idiots a nice phone bill for calling me. I reported them to the FTC and hopefully these morons will get a nice fine.

I purchased this service. My interest rates were not reduced so I called to ask about when I would receive the credit back to my account. The customer service person "Darla" was incredibly rude, became hostile and abusive. I had to hang up on her. She proceeded to call me back SIX times to yell at me. I was very unimpressed at my representative "Patrick" who spoke rudely on my behalf to my credit card issuers. I have called numerous times to get a manager and have never been transferred to one. They won't even give me the name of a manager.
I hope Jaime Hawley reads this and responds to it. I don't know how she can justify her associates ill behavior. I am scared that these people will misuse my personal information.

So what your saying is it was not this company that stole your money. The charge seems to be 700 dollars not three hundred from this paticular company. perhaps you should take a closer look. IXE doesnt send a bunch of paper work. Very little paperwork is sent at first. The bad experience you had was not with IXE and not all companies work the same way.

Hey its not fake. I am an employee too. I used to sell cars, and its nice to be able to help people and feel good at the end of the day.
