Called my cell, midday on a Friday.  Left no message.  I've never had any calls like this on my cell; however, I just signed up for the do-not-call list earlier this week.  Coincidence?

I got the same call during lunch, (+44 207-412-1069) didn't answer it.  A Google search brought me here, so I filed a FCC complaint.

Just noticed they did leave a message. It was the recording of an auto insurance thing saying to press 1 or 2 etc. Uh, why'd they leave that message in a voice mail? I don't even have a car. haha

Just got a call from this number too. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message either. (keep getting calls from numbers I don't recognize and I've only had this cell phone for a few weeks...I haven't given my number out to anyone).

Just received a call on cell phone with caller id showing +442074121069.  If it were a real number, that would be in London, England.

Auto announcement refers to auto warranty expiring and asks to press 1 to talk with an agent, so I did.  American male agent announced himself as service center and asked for the make and model of my car or truck.  I asked "Who are you?"  He laughed out loud and hung up.

This has scam written all over it.

Same call, only a few minutes ago.  I use my phone for business and get many strange calls from all over the globe, so I answered, got automated message of an angry-sounding woman saying that my auto warranty had expired, or was about to expire, and that I had not responded to their previous attempts to contact me.  This was my "last chance" to continue or replace my auto warranty.  Folks, my vehicle is over 10 yrs old and has been out of warranty for a long time...  I thought I'd press 1, just to see what they had to say, but instead pressed 2 and the system hung up on me.  Definite BS.  For those of you who commented wondering how they got your number, think of the movie "War Games" where the kid wrote a program to dial a number, wait for an answer, then increment the number by 1 and dial again...  They don't have your number, they are just working their way through the system one number at a time.  I've actually known people who had sequentially numbered cell phones who got these calls within seconds of each other.  They always try to sell you something, needing your credit card number and verification code, your name, address, etc...  Best advice, NEVER give that information to anyone if you didn't initiate the call yourself!  If they actually had any record of your car warranty, etc, they would also know your name and address w/o having to ask.

Sadly, now that they know the number is valid, they'll call back...  maybe I can have some fun with them.

I wish I could figure out how these fraudulent people keep getting my cell and home phone number calling about auto warranties and lowering my credit card interest rate. I just stop answering the phone if I do not recognize the number. This number called my cell this morning. No answer and no voicemail...

Same as everyone else. +44 207-412-1069 just called my cell phone. I didn't answer of course, and no message. Google linked me to this site. Interesting that this phishing phone number has been barraging all of our cells in the last week! Quite an epidemic.

Neither the 1-207-412-1069 nor the 011-44-20-74-121069 numbers are working numbers.  This is a scam - someone trying to get your credit card information and steal identities.  Since the numbers are invalid and do not work, there's not point reporting them to the DNC registry

Said in an automated message that the warranty on my vehilces had expired and that i needed to renew it.  It prompted me to type 1 for a customer service representative, and then 2 to disconnect. So i typed 1 to see what was going on.  Because this is the same phone number that i believe sent me fraudulent emails stating that i was a winner of some uk sweepstakes or something.  I tried to play along with them and when they asked me for my credit card information i said no.  Then they hung up.

I too get the +44 prefix before the actual number.  Comes up on my Callwave from United Kingdom.  Recorded messages about upgrading our credit card & offers.  I've never tried to call them back, but get a message almost every month.
Just reported this number to the FCC also.
