caller claimed to be from my credit card company and wanted me to call a number so that I could claim my new interest rate

I just got this call and when I pressed one to speak to live operator they hung up as soon as I said I wanted to be taken off the list. I filed a complaint with the national do not call list.

I have also been getting calls from this number, always says final notice.  Have pressed 2 several times to be removed from their calling list.  Spoke to a live operator several times as soon as I start to say I want to be removed, they hang up on me!  When I try to call the number back, it says it's been disconnected.

Left no message and had this in the caller id display +442074179959.
