They call me all the time claiming that they will lower my interest payments and they work with major credit cards.  Usually, If I ask who is calling they immediately hang up.  Once I got a guy to tell me that the name of the company is "Consumer Services" and they are located in "Central Florida".  But when I asked for the phone number for "Consumer Services", he told me that he isn't allowed to give out that information unless I was pre-qualified for their services.

I have told them numerous times to stop calling me.  usually that results in them hanging up on me.

The number actually shows up as 44-207-425-4066( strange). i have recieved numerous calls from this number.  they make you think it is one of your credit card companies calling but it is not.  i've tried to get taken off their call list with out success.
