Because you are not reporting the calls to the Do Not Call List!  No action on your part means you'll keep getting calls.

I don't care if I have to go on-line numerous times, I report EACH and EVERY call to the National Do Not Call Registry.  They will not pursue unless there is a volume of complaints, so do it!  The only way to get them to stop is to show the government the sheer volume of abuse they are subjecting us to.

I just blow a whistle into the phone.  Hurts their ears and makes me feel better.  I hope it irritates them enough to stop calling.

I got a call May 13, 2014 from this number saying they needed to deliver a court summons and gave 404-220-9653 to call back law office

They have since called every morning the last few days - caller said his name was Michael

I received a call from this number...Never answered as don't know the person...I am sick and tired of the unsolicited phone calls.  I am ready to cut off my land line.  I am elderly and don't need this harassment.

Caller ID said Unknown Name so I knew it must be a spoofed number with scammers on the other end.  I never pick up these calls.  No message left.

By pressing 2 you told them that your number is real with people there to spam.

This number has started calling the doctor's office that I work for. Not sure who it is because after my greeting, they hang up.

I got a call from this number on May 14, 2014 at 9:29 AM.  The caller ID read Eagle Lake, Nebraska.  When I answered, a pre-recorded message about getting a new medical alert device began playing.  I know this is a scam.  I pressed 1 to speak with a "representative".  The guy that answered sounded like he had an Indian accent.  When he asked me who he had the pleasure of speaking with today, I told him, "Someone who is not going to fall for your scam."  I said some other stuff to him and hung up.  He has not called back.

Annoying hang up when answered. Theses people need to get a real job and stop annoying people

I got a call from the number 207-444-2071. I got a recorded message about help from a home call alert program. My number is on a do not call registry. The called lists this call as an unknown name. When I called the number back I got a message that this number was disconnected and no longer in service. Obviously that was not accurate because there was a ringing before the message it delivered that told me it was a call that was routed through this number so the call could not be traced. Criminals need to be in jail.

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago! They called my house number and we are on the Do Not Call list. They said that we were selected to receive a medical device, but we were NOT interested, so I pressed the number 2 key and hung up. What should I do about this?

Yep, same stuff here. Called on my landline, and I am on the DNC List.  As they're selling healthcare, I don't see how they can use the nonprofit clause. On the DNC, I am also  starting to receive solicitations on my cell phone ? what should I do about this?

I've blocked this number before, comes up "out of area". I picked up and hung up as I don't engage these types of criminals anymore.

Caller asked to spoke to person who is not at my number, she then asked for other names. I hung up.

Didn?t pick up. It was from Eagle Lake, NE-- very confused.

This number 2074442071 came up on caller ID so we didn't answer it.  Checking it out later we found it was a telemarketer (US Healthcare) and we are on the national "do not call" list.

I received a call from this number and I get so many recorded telemarketing calls I usually dont answer, but I did today, 5/9/14. Caller id says, Eagle Lake ME. When I picked up, there was a pause then a recorded message said, Congratulations, you have won a free medical alert device! So I hung up. I am registered with the donotcall.gov, but I continue to constantly receive these messages. I cannot afford a call blocking device or I would get one to block these calls.

Tried to sell me a chairlift for stairs.  Not only am I not elderly or disabled, I'm a marathon runner.  I think I can handle a few stairs.  We are on donotcall.gov already so I filed a complaint.

First time we have received a call from this number. Have caller ID and saw it was from Maine so we did not answer and they left no message. I appreciate having the number shown so we don't have to answer.

Someone from this number has repeatedly called on my son's phone, refuses to speak when we answer and has never left any type of a message. Sometimes they call multiple times in a day, even within the same hour. Very frustrating.

This foreigner said that he noticed that I had had complications from my Hip Replacement.  Funny thing is I've never had a Hip Replacement.  My response to them:  I've never had a Hip Replacement so please go away and I hang up.

The guy calling said he was with US Healthcare. He saw that I was eligible for extra benefits on my plan. Knowing that my health insurance was not with US Healthcare, I just let him talk for a minute. He said he wanted to help with any out-of-pocket expenses on my medical and dental bills. I told I had no out-of-pocket expenses, and he hung up on me.  Yes, these people waste our time, but sometimes it's kind of fun wasting theirs.
