called 11/17-didn't answer call & no VM. Hasn't called since.

The automated call says this is important information regarding your credit card.  Does not say what card.  It tells you to press a 1 or 2 ( I can't remember which one) to reduce your interest rate on your card.  I get this call at least 2 time a day.  The phone number on the caller ID is 44-207-445-8656.  I could not search on this number it told me is was not a good format for a number.
