just want to know who keeps calling, no message

I received a call from this odd number as well, however the numbers 44 preceeded this phone number.  No message.

Called my house, didn't leave message, just missed call.

Incoming call to cell phone from UK.  Assume it's a bogus call like all these others - I won't answer but they keep calling!  And from different #'s too.
