Same, tired old credit card scam. They call them Card Holder Services or Credit Card Services to make you think that they are one of your credit card companies calling.  They tell you there is "nothing wrong with your credit card account" but then offer that they can help you get lower interest rates on all of your credit cards -- BUT YOU HAVE TO ACT QUICKLY!!! THIS OFFER IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE!!!   They give you one number to push to talk to a customer service rep and another to push to get taken off their list (doesn't work - it just disconnects you).
