Every so often I receive an automated call indicating that there is nothing wrong with our credit card but they would like me to call them.  They identify themselves as Credit Services or some such thing.  My guess is that is probably some outfit offering a lower rate.  It is also possible that they would like to offer some other service or product and that the offer is merely a ploy to "set the hook" and permit them to call the number constantly given the fact that one has "done business" with them.
