We get these call a couple times a month.  They are a scam  latest 44 207410 4881.  When is someone going to do something about these people?

The same call from several different 207 numbers.  Always starts with "this is Heather regarding your credit card accounts" and it's about lowering interest rates. I've gotten about 100 of these calls.  When I hit "1" to talk to a live person and ask a question like "what bank are you with" or "how do I stop these calls" they hang up on me.  If I hit "2" to stop the calls they just call back with another 207 number. I've called AT&T and they say they can't stop it unless I make a local police report and give it to them then they can trace it.
