Got a call from this number and I have seen it before and answered it and they either say nothing or it's a bunch of crap I don't have time for to listen other things are more important in my life than receiving calls like this all day long.

We need a class action law suit against whoever is behind it. Hit them up for billions in fines.

I reported them to the do not call list. Monday I will be calling the AG office in my state to file a formal objection. These people are invading my privacy and I am mad.

A lady would said you have and important call then transfer you to a recording saying this is your captain speaking he have two free boarding past for the Bahamas once you finish taking our survey before, I hung up the phone. Someone should be able to stop these scammers. Receiving these calls is a pain in the neck and needs to stop.

207-493-2612  Has called several times during evening hours to my place of employment, which is a hospital!!

They have over 150 lines that will call you not likely that you will be removed from all.

I got a call as well in TX. I'm no the do not call list but still gets calls from this #.  Please, someone make illegals to own robo-calling machines & to make calls using the equipment.  Scammers need to be shut down.

I answered this phone call from 207-493-2612 caller ID CMRKRCH and no one was on the line so I hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number on my CORPORATE OFFICE LINE!  How annoying!

Annoying, annoying, annoying.  If you see the number or the weird name, either hang up immediately or if a human comes on the line - Blow a police whistle in the phone.  It works for Debt Collection agencies too.  BTW - If any agency calls you and says they want to verify your name and address, say 'No' and hang up.  It's a wonderful thing.

My phone is unlisted.  How do you get my number?  Use your time to do meaningful things instead of messing with people's life.  It is low life to do this.

Contrary to some information here, they are not exempt from the Do Not Call list. The DNC list rules are very specific. These people _are_ telemarketers and are trying to work around the rules by pretending to be telephone surveyors. But they're marketing to you, not surveying you. They're selling something. Don't be fooled. Turn these jerks in.

Why would you give anyone your bank account info over the phone or at all? I would monitor your bank account and credit report very closley if I were you.

I received a phone call today for "two free boarding passes for an all-inclusive cruise to Nassau, Bahamas." for answering a 5 question survey.

I did the survey but at the end it asked for my credit card number & the names I wanted on my free passes. I hung up.

Have a good hunch they got my number from a local travel agency that had a gimmick contest going via a local TV station for a free cruise 3 years ago.  I won't deal with that agency (or the TV station's advertisers) ever because of the repeat telemarketing for cruises from others.  The 207-493-2612 says on caller ID as "CMRKRCH" and won't give you a chance to say quit calling, goes right into a recorded survey.  If you don't respond by pressing keys to enter for free cruise tickets (ya, right), it hangs up on you.  Thanks to Joe @6-11 post here saying which agencies to contact, very informative.  I worked for a collection attorney for a few months before I quit because he was telling me to bother people illegally.  His wife also ran the collection agency in the same building, which referred the collection actions to the attorney which I also understand such a close collection relationship is illegal.  The payoff was when a young father of 3 came in to see the collection attorney to see if he could work out a payment schedule on a hospital bill because one of his kids was very ill.  The attorney dug in like a tick and said no, pay it all or else (which is BS--make the HOSPITAL a lesser offer, likely they will accept, and then get the terms of payment in full in writing before handing over a dime).  The attorney then slyly began to conduct a virtual debtor's exam on the guy right in the office by asking him about his assets, if he owned a house, car, RV, etc. and the dummy answered the lawyer apparently for fear of enraging an overbearing a**le attorney.   Trust me, it is going to be a fight to the finish, so do not fear telling the attorney what you think of him and maybe what you are thinking of doing to him.  Most are blustery cowards anyway.

I just got a call from this number, promised a cruise if I answered the survry and then when giving him my name, he hung on me....what a SCAM!!!

I received 2 calls today from this number.  I don't have friends or business in the 207 area code. It's likely a scam artist searching for information.  Regardless the reason, it's very annoying.
