OMG!! I'm having the same exact problem.

A recoded intro from HealthCare services. They will not stop calling and the number can't be dialed back, I think it's spoofed, and they change it from time to time.
I am already on the do not call list, which they ignore, and the phone company / cell providers can't do anything on spoofed numbers.
This is the downfall of technology. That I can't control my incoming calls on a cell phone is just crazy.

Called the Maine attorney general as well - they aware - told me to call ftc as well - 877-382-4357 - turning them in - everyone else needs to do the same, shut these people down, what a nuisance.

Call the FTC Federal trade commission and report the number that's what I'm doing 877 382-4357 www.ftc.gov as well. Im sick of them calling, I've tried to  be added to the do not call list with no success so I took it to them hopefully they can do something.

This number keeps calling me, so  I called the attorney general consumer division at  207-626-8849 they work 9 am to 12pm then 1-4pm .I suggest you all do the same.

I hear you on this one.  It has called me in Michigan.  What is up with that?  Time to call the better business bureau on this one.

Oh really! So why did they call in the first place? To get you to call back and you fell for it? Or are you a shill for this scam?

So sick of this number calling me.  I am on the national no call list.  I don't have unlimited long distance on this phone but when I call from my home phone its always busy.  I will report them!

GOOD NEWS (maybe) - Just discovered if you call the number back they give you the option of being placed on a do not call list. Hopefully it's for real.

Wow, I've gotten dead air from this number a bunch of times and this time a pre-recorded message trying to sell me a "universal health care" (yeah, right) discount card. When I pressed the buttons to express interest (so I could reach an operator) and told the operator I want to be taken off the list, they HUNG UP ON ME!

They call every single day, sometimes more than once.  They hang up if you pick up. Cannot get it to stop and add to no call list.

These people call me several times a day and have been for months now!!!

This number calls me on a daily basis. I would like to know how they can get someone's cell number without you posting it anywhere.

It calls me a couple of time a week for a few years now. No real person to talk to stop it.
