What is this number? They called me but when I tried to call them back, I couldnt cause the number doesnt exist! Weird!

I had a transaction on my visa,The name on my statement is Face Factor too. and with a number: +442075721232 and I dont remeber what is it? I live in Swiss... somebody know about it "FaceFactor"??  please help...

I order Life Cleanse free trial in August, received the product, called and cancelled.  Here it is November I received 3 more bottles of Life Cleanse.  I was reviewing my MC Statement and there were 3 charges, 2 months after I cancelled for Face Factor  @ $126 Canadian.  I called my credit card company and they are issuing me a new card as they say that charges will just continue to be applied no matter if you cancelled or not.  The credit card company will reimburse me ance I sign an affidavit.  Read the fine print, I thought I did because I knew to cancel, but I did not see where they would hand my card number around.

Hi, Boy did I have fun tracking this down! I received my credit card statement with over $400 in mysterious charges. Face Factor and Wellappeal are billing companies for Health Science. I mistakenly ordered a "free 15-day trial" of the Acai Berry. In the very fine print that you agree to it is free for 15 days. If... you don't cancel it in less than 15 days you get dinged $119US and they will continue to ship it every 15 days. And apparently your information gets passed around because I also had charges from ElitePack (1-866-396-2729)and EZYKIT (1-866-437-1621, which does not send you product, it's a web site membership.)

I have never ordered free trial stuff and have now learned my lesson.

The good news... When I contacted my credit card company(MBNA), the girl I talked to told me it is really common now. She even guessed the product that started it! There is a section on the back of the statement to dispute transactions. I need to fill it out (a separate one for each transaction) and mail or fax it in. She had the same thing happen to her and the credit card company is apparently quite understanding about it.

So fingers crossed...

Me too! Just realized 1 have 3 transactions from my account from this Face Factor with the "phone nr" +442075721232 I Live in Sweden and the toal amount is 2500 kr... ANYONE who know more about this?

I didn't have a missed call, but I had a transaction on my visa debit account and this number 442075721232 was on transaction. Took me forever to track down what the actual phone number was. But now I'm positive it's a fraudulent transaciton. Just don't know who the number belongs to
