Telemarketer for Instyler curling iron

This number is calling me on my cell for past three days and they don't leave a messages and its getting annoying now.  Now i don;t even want to answer it. How do I get rid of them calling me?

As per previous statements, called to inquire the FULL price of Instyler after the INtro price of $14.95...was given info of $39.95 for 3 paymnts....however when the call was made it was made with call blocking and am still receiving calls back...this was not even the original number that I dialed...
How do they get the number ???

This company has been calling me for about a week and never leaves a message. I don't answer or call back. I think it's maybe a telemarketer What do they want?????

They will not leave me alone. I owe them nothing. My next move, the FTC.

I am getting a call from 2027-618-1454 after calling about an infomercial. I am listed with DO NOT CALL yet they call CONSTANTLY and I have it marked

I've received a  call from this number the past two days on my cell.  I don't answer and there is never a message left.

OMG I got a call today too from Broadvoice.  Actually, have been calling a lot lately.  I said very nicely we are not interested, we are on the Do Not Call list.  The lady argued that someone from this number called them.  I said, yes I did to say STOP calling me after 4 calls in 2 hours the other day.  FREAKING PEOPLE!!  She said it was for some anti-smoking program we requested.  LUNATIC we don't have any smokers in our house.  TELEMARKETERS SUCK!

I heard on radio about "electronic Cigarette" "Free" I was skeptical but called, immediately they started asking me for information. I stopped them and asked if there was a Handling or shipping charge on this "free" item. The person on phone got rude basically telling me that they would explain that after taking some info from me. I explained there is no resason to give my info if they can not tell me. she explained there is no "moving forward without my info. I said "then we are done". I have now been getting calls from this number and they hang up, i called them and lo and behold it was the same people wanting to tell me about the product. they obviously captured my number and are now harassing me.

I keep getting calls from this number.  IDK what it is or why they're calling me, but I tried to take Amanda's advice and called the number she provided...I was transferred and then hung up on!!

This number also called me and i was also offered the gas card.. grocery cards/coupons etc.. after ordering my instyler that i currently have debt collectors telling me i owe more money when i have ALREADY paid for it. I also had money automatically drafted out of my account for no reason and had to report them and received a new bank card. Anyway.. i LOVE my instyler.. and i would def. reccommend it, but do not order it over the phone OR from the website.. the BROOKESTONE store in most malls carry them and they're the same exact thing :) Don't let them get you too!

Yes - I can confirm that this is Smoke Assist. I called them this month (January 2010) and they've been calling me for several days now.

It's the smoke assist numbers as well - just call them back from a land line and ask them to remove your number from their system. I haven't received a call in 2 days now.

They call and hang up when I answer

Keep getting calls from 207-618-1454 every day. I have never called this number but was in San Diego on vacation ewhen this started. I am on the do not call list why is this not blocked?

From someone that got my name, number and credit card.  I loved the product so I ordered 2 more.  I got a call from a third party company (I suppose) and they told me my instyler would be delivered and I told them I already got it. They proceeded to tell me that I was a "special" customer and I would be sent this special stuff like a gas card and charge my credit card $1.00 but after a month if I stayed with the program I would be charged $24.00 a month.  I tried 3 times to tell them I didnt' want it and they pushed so hard that they told me that the minute I get it in the mail I could cancel it by calling the 800 number.  I am a pushover to a point and rarely complain but I sincerely tried very hard to say I don't want it!  They still insisted that all I had to do was cancel it as soon as I got this "stuff" in the mail.  Now I have to watch for junk mail like a hawk to find it so I can cancel it at the first opportunity.  I called the customer service line for instyler and talked to someone that sounded like a 17 year old boy that didn't have a clue what I was talking about.  I emailed and left info in the comment section on the instyler site.  I think the product is awesome but it's the greed involved in "unselling" that ruins this for me.  I hope the ones I have last a long time because I just don't even want to give this company my information anymore.

Calls about some kind of Hair Style products.

I called the other day to  see what the catch was and how much more it would cost other than the 14.95. I used *69 from my phone which is suppose to block my number. Today I got a call back from this company and it really ticked me off. How did they get my number and why are they calling back when I clearly said "no thanks" and hung up. I am also on the Federal and National Do not call list. If this number calls my house 1 more time I am reporting them not only to the FCC but to the BBB as well for harrassment

I also received calls from this number everyday after calling the 1-800 number last week [06/18/09]inquirng the InStyler.

They leave a number on the voicemail 207-618-1454 and the caller id number is 207-618-1431.  I tried calling both of those numbers.  A recording states all agents are busy please wait for the next representative.  It places you on hold then disconnects after 47 seconds.  I just called their (800) 307-0078.  I definetly reached a live person who took me off their call list immediately or so she said.  We'll see in 24 to 48 hours.

I called the Instyler to price out the curling iron because the commercial only states the cost to try it.  when the guy told me it costs $135, I told him "No thanks."  The guy then smugly asked if I thought it was too much. i told him I didn't know if it was too much I just knew I wouldn't pay that much. He then tried to sell me something else.  what a riot!  Now you're telling me the number that showed up on my ID is them?  What a maroon!

I have a number that goes to the auto diler that a real person picked up. 207-618-1431 call that number back from the phone they are calling to and request to be put on the do not call list. it takes 24 to 48 hours. I have been call free all day.

QA call. If they call any more I will file a complant. They are calling my cell phone Which forwards to my work phone when I am at work. Like others I called to see what the 14.95 catch was because my daughter thought it would be nice to use. but for that price I think NOT. Please keep me posted I have contacted a layer.
