There's a guy that calls from this number every morning and afternoon. The called ID says Maine Call and he says he's sorry he has the wrong number when I answer. I don't have any credit cards for them to call over that.

Calls came for weeks. Each time I answered I would be hung up on. Extremely frustrating to constantly have this number calling and hanging up on me. Called back to speak with a customer service agent and was hung up on several more times. I finally visited their website..after looking up the number and seeing that they were from a company called 1&1. I then tried to contact their sales office to see what this was all about. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes. I am not sure how they are going to run a legitimate business if they are incapable of answering their sales lines. At this point I am extremely aggravated. I have just put on the DNC list, but I would have rather spoken to one of the customer service agents to ensure that the calls would no longer be coming in.

This call was from 101.com who want to set up websites for companies.  30-day free trial.  I told them I wasn't interested but they keep calling.

the positive not is from rep at 101 it a scam go to go daddy and do your own website

They called me yesterday and a lady spoke saying she was from 1 on 1 or 1 & 1 and asked for me then asked me if I would be interested in help from them for my business. I told her I don't have a business. she then said is this a residence? I told her yes and she said ok thank you anyway, have a nice day.

then they called again this morning... I didn't answer this time...

This company is notorious for scamming new and old customers. Once they have your website under their control, it takes some serious threats to get them to release your domain, after you finally realize they do not support you in any aspect when your site is working as expected. And god help you if you don/t renew your domain before the due date. Steer clear of this company. Godaddy is better and thats not saying much.

We get called several times every day from 207-692-2570 and I have used their number removal system a week ago and they are still calling daily. There is no one on the line when they call and only a message when you call back.

I keep getting calls from this number and there is never anyone on the line. I call back and get a prompt, I am told that so and so is unavailable and I leave a message asking them to quit calling.

Dead air. I hang up on dead air.

Got a call from this number today at our small business.  No one was there.

I receive this call every weekday. I would like some way to stop these calls. Any suggestions?

I am thinking they are wanting you to call it back so they can do some thing devious.  I chose to just blow it off, not calling them back.  Somehow people are able to do things when you call them....not gonna happen.  I suggest the same for others.

I had the same thing happen to me.. 3 times! I answered my business phone, there was no reply so I said "hello?" And the guy cleared his throat and said "sorry wrong number" and hung up. All 3 times it was the same exact thing, him clearing his throat and saying he had the wrong number. Very weird if you ask me.

This person has been calling me about every day since I have a kindle I can't answer it I told the person if the don't stop calling me I will call the police, that was two days ago.He hasn't called me anymore but I have a feeling he will get the nerve to call again.Mabey he/she will stop?

I get 1-2 calls from this number daily

I get several calls from this number per day and no one ever speaks when I pick up.

Continually calls.  Usually leaves no message; sometimes they make weird gurgling noises.

I just got a call from this number. Took a few seconds of saying hello and finally a man said sorry wrong number and hung up. He hung up quicker than saying hello

Our office receives a call from this number at least 1-2 times a week. When we pick up, they never say anything. They just hang up. It's really creepy and weird. It makes us suspicious.

Kept receiving calls constantly from this number.  Finally answered the phone and it is a Website hosting company, SOE. Very pushy. Trying to tell the salesperson I was not interested, and she was not letting me speak.  To the point that she was raising her voice.  Finally I told her to remove my number from their list, and that I didn't want to see their number again on my caller ID.  Hope it works.

Called here several times today but no one on the other end.  I guess you have to pay the rent somehow but being a jerk like this is not worth it.

Repeated calls no one says anything when I answer business phone.

I like the others get NUMEROUS calls from this number on my line that is on the do not call list.  REALLY sick of all these calls!!!

I am getting this call everyday. Usually they say wrong number but I also got a female talking to me about some website. How do we stop it?

I have received a call from this number 3 times this week and it's only Tuesday. A man always says the same thing "Sorry I dialed the wrong number" and hangs up. I called and the recording identified the number as one and one tech support and I was given the option to press 1 and speak to someone but this only told me no one was available to take my call. I than called back and pushed 2 to add my number to the do not call list so we shall see how this works.
