Just got this call. Called back, line busy. Funny though because I'm originally from Maine so I thought it was family or a friend. hmmm... not the case however.

I believe this is a telemarketer regarding "auto warranty"!!!! I have received innumerable calls on my cell, home phone & now my work phone...... I am sick of it -

I received a call from this number Oct. 1 evening. No voicemail.

I got a call from this number on my work cell phone.  I didn't answer.  No VM.

I GOT THE CALL TOO I TRIED TO CALL BACK ITS NOT IN SERVICE

RECEIVED CALL AT 9:06 AM ON 10/02/08 FROM 207-723-4363 IT SHOWS MARTIN,RICHARD ON CALLER ID. THE RECORDED MESSAGE STATES I SHOULD ACTIVATE AN AUTO WARRANTY. I'M NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT A HOLD OF MY NUMBER, BUT IT IS VERY ANNOYNING.

i JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL.
THURSDAY MORNING oCT 2 920 AM CST

I got a call too at about 7:30 last night. Didn't answer, no voice mail. No history to indicate any connection.

I got the call they have call me at least three times this week and also call my daughter cell# but they are not leaving a message so I called the number back and is say's this # is not in service... WEIRD

It makes since I recieved a letter that my auto warranty on my 2006 Ford F-150 Truck is about to expired. They got my number/address from the Car Dealership where I bought my Truck almost 3 years ago. This is round two from another warranty company from a few months ago.

I got a call at 10:16 AM EST this morning (10/02/08). Didn't answer and you guessed it - No VM either!!

Trust me, it's a telemarketer.

this is a telemrketing number, they call me everyday saying my auto warranty is about to expire...its pure bs and i can not get rid of them...do not bother answering

after reading more of these inquiries - i realized my warranty is also set to expire on a ford. I suppose FORD  is selling our personal data and info, to unprofessional telemarketers and annoying people. I suppose that's why (F)ford stock is falling faster than a moped company from north korea.

Just got it here as well got the out of service automated message, anyone log a complaint weith the phone co local to the area code?

Had same # call to work cell and personal cell and home all around 3PM Mountian Time yesterday. It was vechicle warranty recording on answering machine at home no message on voicemails on cells. Had same number show up last week as well.

Just called this number.  It's out of service.  What's going on?

Yup... got me too, just a few minutes ago.  I was on the phone, so I didn't pick up.  They of course didn't leave a voicemail and I called it back before doing this search.  The result was the same as most others... the number was out of service??????

Got two yesterday and one today...didn't answer.

Automated tele-spammer to my cell phone. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. It left a message on my voicemail. Claim to be selling auto warranty (a scam)... This is your final notice (no, they just keep calling)... Press 2 to be removed (no, they never honor removal requests)... Press 1 to speak with a representative (dont believe anything they say).  I get these calls every few days from different source numbers on my cell phone. Sometimes on my home phone. It's fun to play with them. Pretend to be interested, but dont give them any real info. Complicate the situation to fluster them. Tell them you have 2 cars, etc. Waste their time so they cant earn their commission. Without employees the business will dry up.

Whoever can figure out how to sue these people is going to make some serious money.

2 calls in 2 days.  First left scam message about car warranty expiring on my voicemail.  Second call didn't leave vm.
