this is a scam for you to renew your warranty policy on your car
if you answer the call ask to be transfered then ask the rep if they have the info on your car in the system if they dont ask "why do they not have any info on my vehicle" and they will hang up on you

same thing, a call to renew my warranty, hung up two sentences into the call

They PERSISTENTLY call me!...I don't even own a car and they say that I need to renew my warranty!....If i had one, though, I may have actually fallen for it!

Have posted our number with Google call removal.  Will see if this works.  Nothing else has.  Company is not going to remove our number no matter what we say.  Called me in FL on my cell while I was on vacation.   When I called back the number was out of service.

We have several numbers and this scam has been coming frequently to all phones for several months, not always from the same number.

July 28, 2008 - Got a call from the number 207-762-7021 and before I could answer, they hung up.  Called back and got a message this number was out of service.  I'm going to file a complaint on the do not call registry.

Same Deal, doesn't leave a message and the # is out of service when i call.

Number displayed on my cell phone. I could not answer, and caller left no message. I called back, got "out of service" recording.

got a call from this number on 7/23/08 at 7pm pst, did not answer, no msg, also on at&t

same here.. and i am totally sick of these calls.. period.. don't know what are alternatives are, but it needs to stop

Received this call, and I hung up when I realized it was the same scam that calls me ~2x each month. When I called back, got recording from phone provider that "the number is no longer in service."

I just got the call today 28JUL08 and it was on my son's cell phone. I ran the number on google and found this website. I hope the authorities break this scam up. It's irritating. I also get them at work frequently.

I just received the same call, I did not answer it and when I called it back I received the same "not in service" message.

got it and have gotten the same call NUMEROUS times on both house and work cell phone.  i always hang up on the recording.  i filed a complaint on the don not call registry site:  https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Called my cell Saturday at 12:20 pm, did not leave a message.  Called back and got the "number not in service" message.  It doesn't sound the same as the one from the phone company so I think that they recorded that as their outgoing voicemail.  Sneaky.

I also received a call about the car warranty...I have received the same message on different numbers also.

I got the same call 7/25/08 on by company cell phone.  AT&T is our carrier.  When I called back the number wasn't in service.  5 minutes later I got a call from 770-222-5361.  I also called that number back and again not in service.

THIS IS WHAT CAME UP ON A REVERSE # LOOKUP.  I GOT A CALL LAST WEEK FROM A COLORADO AREA CODE.  WHERE DID THESE JERKS GET MY CELL PHONE #?

bogus car warranty scam.  They hang up when you ask the name of the company.  Multiple calls even after I requested no more calls.  Pressing "2" to get off of their list does not work either.  Called the number back immediately and heard recording that it is disconnected.

Im in Hawaii.  I got the same call within the last half hour.  I couldnt understand a word of english they were saying.  It sounded like they Middle East Indian.  I asked them if they can describe my vehicle.  They said the warranty was for a vehicle purchased between 95 - 2007.  Tried calling the number, disconnect.  How can they do that?

Also got a call form this idiot. Have anyone actually listen to what he is trying to sell? How do they make money?

I received a call from 2077627021.  They did not leave a message.  When I tried to call back the recording says the number is not in service.

I keep getting calls from these a***oles. Just received a call from them today. I told them to remove me from their list the LAST TIME they called. I spoke to a person, and told him this, and I also told him that there is no warranty for my car because it is not even made anymore, it's from 1992. The f****r hung up on me. I tried calling back numerous times, either the line is busy or disconnected. I hope someone finds out where they live and kick their a**.

I just got a call from this #...just wanted to report it. I get a lot of these calls from different area codes as well.

I repeatedly get annoying recorded calls from this number about bogus warranty expirations.

This same call has been coming from different numbers.  I think it is time to sic FCC on these guys, as clearly this is bad stuff.
